I'm 5'0, 135 lbs and have an adult's medium quarter zip better sweater. I've been eyeing the full zip for a while but was hesitant as the sleeves are so long! This product popped up under recommended and I checked out the sizing chart. Not only was it $40-50 cheaper, it also fits perfectly! I got the Children's XL and it's like this was made for me! My longstanding qualm about Patagonia products was that I'd always have to get them tailored or just live with them not fitting; I may from now on check out some of their children's products...
