Great inexpensive pair of polarized sunglasses

I bought these to replace a pair of sport oakleys that had worn out from years of usage and occasional sunscreen accidents. They wrap nicely around my (relatively narrow) head, making them great to block glare from the side during cycling and snowboarding. They're a great value for a nice looking pair of polarized sunglasses. I just ordered a second pair.

Lenses are NOT red!

I bought these because they were relatively affordable, with polarized RED tinted lenses. The lenses are actually greenish-grey with a reddish-orange mirror finish. They may look red from the picture, but the lenses are GREY. The glasses themselves seem fine -- lightweight plastic, reasonably comfortable, serviceable.

Exactly As Depicted

First off, I didn't buy these for almost a year because of the other review that says they're like blue tinted or mirrored or whatever. They aren't. They're a really pleasant amber and not mirrored. Overall I like them quite a bit they wrap around your head like a lot of runners/bikers want without looking too dorky. As a result your peripheral vision is very good. I should say just being this brown amber color means they aren't the most extreme darkening lense so if you are going to spend all your time forever in direct sun maybe consider something with more protection. That being said they really are nicely polarized making a better all around pair. They have pretty high contrast which is nice in lower light situations like the woods. I find myself in the woods and in open fields a lot (running in MI), sometimes the beach, playing tennis etc. and they rarely leave me wanting.

Overall, pretty good

These are pretty good glasses - with decent coverage. The only problem I’ve run into is that they swing up and down when I bend forward. They stay on my face, but swing loosely. This can block my line of sight when looking downward. Otherwise, they perform very well.

Good question

Great quality glasses. I’ve been wearing them everyday. It may just have to do with my face size but they may just be little too small for me. Not really a problem though and I got them at a great price so no complaints
