Include instructions
It’s a nice basket but instructions would be really really good. There are no instructions included in the paperwork and none on the website. I had to take the basket in with my bike to REI to figure it out

Super look and very functional. However no instructions included and basket slots didn't align with my bike's support rack.

Solid basket. Make sure your rack is flat at the backside. Missing instructions, but I figured it out. A nut was also missing, so I could only secure 3 of the 4 metal clips.
