I just got the Emotion Revel 10 Sit-Inside one-person Kayak. I'm no expert: this is my first Kayak. But i've rowed dinghys since I was a little kid, and paddled canoes in adult years. I was able to easily get in and out of this boat, teach myself to paddle it, and had a fantastic day paddling all the way around Seattle's Green Lake. Boat exceeded my expectations with it's great stability, tracking, speed, manueverability, and comfort. Andvit only weighs about 46 pounds, easy to lower from cartop rack by myself, rear rudder (Skeg)"has a wheel in it so you can easily tow it with one hand on the bow handle to water's edge. Great beginner and i think also intermediate level boat. Nice design and construction. Buy a Kayak car top mounting kit. I love this little boat already, she even did great in wind and chop on Green Lake.
Replacement for skeg wheel
I bought the SIS Lemongrass Revel 10 kayak in 2018 and it has been my go to boat for everything from relaxing floats down the river with my dog to fishing in still lakes. Plenty of room and stable and holds up to the beatings of a first time kayak owner. My wheel got stuck on some gravel and stopped turning and it wore down the back wheel but calling customer service was quick easy and the tech was able to place my order early while the part was on back order and gave me an estimated time frame for when it would be back in. It’s all covered under warranty. Love it! Great kayak and great company. Never been happier with a purchase.
Great value, and even greater service!
I bought this boat recently after looking into various models at this price-point. I really like the small roller in the skeg, as it makes it so much easier to move around by myself. The seat is quite comfortable as they go, with adjustable back support. I like the dry storage compartment, as you can either use the included dry liner or without it, and it is very spacious. About my only criticism is that i would like the trap door to be slightly larger. Upon getting it home I noticed that a component was missing and Lifetime was able to quickly help me! I look forward to many years of service.
Great flat water boat
Tracks straight and paddles fast. Some of the plastic edges are sharp and cut me but a little sanding took care of the problem. For the money it's the best kayak I've owned.
Replacement parts
My daughter brought my kayak in another town, than I live in. She had to travel about 150 miles to bring it to me. Along the way the hatch came off and the bungee strap broke. I called the company to order new parts. Dale, the service representative was very patient while I had to take pictures of the inside of the kayak to verify model number, etc. Then he said the parts would be in here in 7 to 10 days. I said wait, I need to pay for them. He there’s no charge! Thank you very much!!
We love our kayaks
We love our kayaks. We’ve used them a lot of times and only had them less than a year. The other day my boyfriends kayak lost his skag, when I called customer service, Jonathon was extremely helpful and friendly and helped me find the correct replacement part so we can continue having great trips with our kayaks again. Thanks for the great customer service!!! It made a bad situation a million times better!
Phenomenal Customer Service!
I now have five Emotion Tide kayaks made by Lifetime. The quality of the kayaks are top notch but more than that, the customer service is out of this world. I have never had an issue with customer service. They are always responsive and attentive to our needs. I can definitely tell that they want the entire experience of owning their kayaks to be of the highest quality.
Amazing customer service
I love my Kayak; but while transporting it I lost the rear hatch cover. My fault for not removing it prior to driving but I reached out to Lifetime expecting to pay a ridiculous price for such a little part, but, to my surprise the CSR decided to give me the warranty replacement part. This little act right here has guaranteed me as a lifetime brand customer.
Excellent kayak!
I bought this kayak in 2015 as an entry level kayak, with the intention of replacing it with another once I figured out whether I really liked kayaking. Turns out, I LOVE kayaking, both on lakes and up to Class II+ rivers. And I LOVE this kayak. I have no intention of replacing it. I'll replace parts rather than the kayak as long as they are available.

I bought this kayak a couple weeks ago and I use it for river fishing.I have landed quite a few fish already including 3 pike that where over 29 inches.It was missing the bag when I bought it but customer service is easy to work with! I would recomend it I love the skeg wheel.It is a little tippy compared to my sundolphin but still great.
