Used for Kayak deck webbing
I replaced the deck hold down webbing on my wood sea kayak. After one trip in the bay the cord stretched out considerably. Did not retain its elasticity.I will have to cut and re-tighten it as it is now to loose to hold a water bottle or pump securely. I used 3/8 cord originally that I had bought at REI that lasted over 10 years. This cord is not the same quality unfortunately. REI did not have the 3/8 cord. I would have expected it to last longer than one trip.

Sproingggg!!!

Strong, Strechy, and so far, Durable. Many uses, including tarp guy lines. Tight as a drum, yet enough give that the wind won't blow out your tarp.

Nice thick shock cord

Nice thick shock cord. Used it to make a grab line on my pack raft. Exactly what I needed and it does the job well.

its shock cord

well ... it is shock cord. it is stretchy like its supposed to be. You would usually use some of this in the tent lines so the tent gives a little in a strong wind.

Thick Shock Cord

This is 1/4 thick shock cord. It could be too big in diameter, unless that's what you need. Depending on the intended application, it could be too big or it could be fine.
