Rated 5 out of 5 by from WOW I've skied in this jacket five times since I've purchased it... it is superior to my other jackets in so many ways. When it comes to Ski Touring and Tree skiing, the thicker fabric is amazing... the pit zips are good, but most jackets have those. I thought my brand new jacket was going to tear today after I took a good hit on a tree branch. It didn't. The breast pocket is perfect for your ski pass in a resort. The thicker fabric also offers some insulation, so I was able to lose a layer. The huge drop pocket on the inside is great, although I wish it had a snap or velcro to allow me to ensure when I take a big bail, anything small I have in there won't spill out. I am constantly between the small and medium sizes, I was able to easily buy a small, and have room for layers underneath and its not too tight. When standing at a windy pass, I layered this jacked with my Cerium SV Hoody underneath, and had lots of room for it... unfortunately at this point, I was too hot, so that says something else. haha. I think this jacket, although very pricey, was worth every penny.
