Measurements are stated in inches unless otherwise indicated. Size chart values represent body measurements, not garment measurements. Some women's pants are available in petite and tall sizes. Typically petite sizes fit women 4'11" to 5'3". Regular sizes fit women 5'4" to 5'8". Tall sizes fit women 5'9" to 5'11".
PETITE: Generally, as compared to regular sizes, petite sizes are 2.5 inches shorter in inseam, 1 inch shorter in body length, 1.25 inches shorter in sleeve length and ¾ inch shorter in total rise.
TALL: tall sizes are 3 inches longer in inseam, 2 inches longer in body length, 2.5 inches longer in sleeve length and 1.25 inches longer in total rise.
Capri or cropped pants have an intentionally shorter inseam—reference the technical specs instead of this chart.
Inseam is measured to the floor.

I wanted to love this jacket, and at first I did, but today it totally failed me after its first use in moderate rain. It completely soaked through after about 20 minutes, and we aren't even talking downpour, just steady rain. Prior to this I loved the fabric and the color but the pit zips have no fabric on them so wearing the jacket with short sleeves means a cold metal zipper pressed up against your bare skin, which was my only complaint prior to the complete failure of my "waterproof" jacket. For light rain or drizzle I would say this is great, but it's by no means a waterproof rain jacket like the staff at REI told me it was.
This is a great rain jacket, especially compared to the main name brands, REI does an amazing job. The added stretch to this rain coat is very comfortable, minimal "swish" noise when moving, and actually adds a thin layer of warmth - so it doesn't feel like you're wearing a glorified plastic poncho. The color is described as Hot Red, but leans closer to a bright orange. I also wore this jacket on a cold, windy, and rainy evening on the northwest coast trying to dig for clams. Though the jacket soaked in some rain water on the outside, it was nice and dry on the inside. Would highly recommend it if you're looking for a new rain jacket!
I went to Ireland in June with this Jacket, and it was perfect!! Kept the rain out without being too hot. The zippers near the armpits open to keep you cool, too. Wish it had some mesh or material by the armpit zippers. It just opens up like the front zipper, where you can directly see into the jacket. As for the wind, there were quite a few cool and windy days. It kept me warm and the wind out. The hood is not detachable, but it has a great front that zips higher than a normal jacket giving you extra protection. Hope this helps!
This jacket is lightweight, functional (with vent zips for under the arms, pockets raised above the hips for easy access while strapped into a backpack, etc.), and very quiet when in motion. I use it for backpacking. The last thing I wanted to hear when wearing it was the typical "skree skree" sound associated with waterproof wear while hiking for hours in the backcountry. The hood has a bill-top, so it also directs rain away from the eyes. This bill can be tightened closer to your face by a stretchy strap on the back of the hood. The attention to detail in this jacket is what got me along with its durability. It hit on all the key factors I expect out of a backpacking jacket.
I've had this jacket for two years, and I've worn it in fall, winter, and spring for 5 days a week on my bike commute, during my dragon boat practices while paddling and coaching, on backpacking and hiking trips, and for everyday use. I love that it is soft and doesn't make noise, it doesn't feel slimy inside when it gets damp or when I get sweaty, and it stays pretty clean given the abuse it deals with. People don't believe that it is a rain jacket, because it doesn't feel or look or sound like a plastic bag. BUT, and it's a big one: this jacket stopped being super waterproof after about a year. While it's important to consider that I didn't use special detergent to wash it (I just use regular TJ's plant-based detergent), I don't think I should have to hand-lather a rain jacket with unicorn tears and blow it dry with my own exhalations in order to maintain the waterproofing. I treated it twice to renew the DWR (once with Nikwax and once with Revivex, neither of which lasted through a single rainstorm) to no avail. While it worked, it worked pretty well. Now, it's a really comfortable shell that when paired with a microfleece will sort of prevent me from getting completely soaked in light to moderate rain. The jacket wets out, particularly on the shoulders, but once the fabric is soaked it sort of seems to repel additional rain, if that makes any sense. So, I take some responsibility for not using unicorn tears to wash it, but I've had other (cheaper) jackets that were waterproof for longer under the same conditions. I've since purchased fancy detergent that I'll use for rain gear from now on. I am in the market for a new rain jacket, and I'm considering a second Motility Jacket that will be For Rainy Days Only instead of wearing it Every Single Day All The Time like I do with the one I have now. Just have to wait for it to go on sale again (like the first time!). Cons: Not waterproof anymore, heat-sealed seams at bottoms of pockets are not strong enough (both of mine blew out) Pros: Soft, comfortable, fits well, fairly durable, still looks decent after two years of heavy use.
I bought this jacket in the orange color for increased visibility while walking/biking around my neighborhood. It is comfortable. A good weight. Very good coverage even when biking. Sheds rain well and vents well, but maybe not the best choice in a downpour. Pockets are well placed and a useful size. The hood works great, even in a moderate wind. I give it two thumbs up. :)
Excellent Jacket in pouring rain. I got caught in a bad rain storm while hiking Bryce Canyon....had 1.5 miles to go. When I got to the car and removed the jacket everything under the jacket was dry. Love the bib as it keeps the rain out of your face. Great Jacket. Wish I had gotten the discount.
Brought this with me on an rei adventure trip. Rained for about 3 hours on our hike in. Completely wetted through. Was definitely not sweat. Did not dry entire trip. Torn between loving the look, feel, and color and the fact it's no where near water proof. i don't live in the most rain stricken area so I think I will keep this. It keeps the wind out nicely. If his wasn't advertised as rain proof and was $60 I'd give it 5 stars.
Lightweight, functional but nice looking too. Bought it as XL so that I had room to put it over layers and camelback. Still looks good, not baggy. Love the fabric, underarm zip vents, and color.
Wonderful, light weight, rain proof coat. I find functional coats always look frumpy, but this coat is also has a nice cut to it. Multi-purpose amd a must have
