Great in-the-middle size air bed
Not too thick, not too thin. I originally bought the REI InCamp pad thinking it would be more comfortable than it was. I returned it for this pad. This is a keeper. At six inches thick it is very comfortable, but not overbearing or so thick it cuts into your tent sidewall. At 6'4" I fit fine on this pad. When you sit up or prop up on your elbow, you still don't touch the ground. No pressure points or hard spots. The air pump is huge, but effective. I'll probably ditch the manual air pump for a small universal battery powered pump. The bed itself actually rolls up pretty small. Great pad for stationary camping.
Works Great
I live in a studio apartment, and rather than take up space with a traditional mattress and box spring, I decided to try the Air Bed. I've been using it for the past three months and have been impressed with its durability and comfort. When fully inflated, the mattress is as firm as any conventional bed. It's also easy to adjust the amount of air in the mattress and make it softer. The pump inflates on both the up and down stroke, so it takes very little time to fill the mattress. When deflated, the mattress folds up to a size not much bigger than a conventional camping pad. It would be great for car camping, but the size of the pump precludes its use as a backpacking sleeping pad.
Great size, but sprung a leak
I love the size of this item. It's good for car camping, but it's not too bulky and it's long enough for my tall frame. However, the second time I used it I got a slow leak. I was using it inside of a tent with a clean floor. I imagine there was a rock or something I missed underneath the tent. So be careful of that and maybe you'll be fine. Having said that, this is obviously a car camping item and other air mattresses I've used have stronger, reinforced undersides, even though that adds weight. This item doesn't, the bottom is the same material as the top.
Single Rei air bed
Really happy with this product. Perfect size for small apartment to accommodate grandkids. Reasonable price. Have been looking for this cot sized inflatable for a VERY long time, so I was glad you have it. It's also pretty comfortable. It should be also carried in the store.All other twin size air beds too large. Am also thinking of purchasing a few for use in terrace at beach house or for beach use. It's especially easy to store and pack up, as well as lightweight for travel.
Great for car camping
Bought this and the queen size version, they both come with the same pump which works great. Pumps up fast and holds pressure well. Surface is good to sleep on. They survived a couple of 2 year olds using it as a trampoline. Much better than battery operated pumps as they tend to not hold charge after a few years.
Great for car camping
I have slept on this mattress for a week on a trip in Alaska, the nights were cool and I never woke up on the ground like other air mattress. It held air and I thought it was pretty comfortable. I'm a side sleeper. It's too big to pack but if weight is not an issue it would be my first pick.

Comfy sleeping
My husband bought this as a surprise before our camping trip. It was a comfy luxury for car camping. Don't over-inflate, you'll roll right off!
Great for "glamping"
Love the pump that comes along with these pads-makes the pumping very fast! Though we haven't taken them out yet we tried them at home and they are comfortable and seem sturdy. They will work great for our car camping adventures.
As close to home as it gets
Where to start? Ok, it inflated with the included high volume air pump in about 2 1/2 minutes without working that hard. I found it should be inflated fairly firmly. A word of caution in that it is possible to pop this mattress with this pump. There are several internal "gussets" or whatever that give it its solid shape. The mattress is six inches thick! You won't notice that little root or stone you missed before setting up your tent. it appears solidly built and worth the price.
