Nice helmet, a little short on padding.
I've been using this helmet for a month or so now, and I like it. The weight is about the same as other high end Giro helmets. The straps are very different though, more like soft (but strong) fabric ribbons. That's good, because they don't bite into your ears. I don't know how long they will last, but they are certainly fine now. The upper back inside of the helmet, however, has no padding at all, and being somewhat bald in the back of my head, I found it uncomfortable. Two pieces of adhesive-backed black foam weather stripping fixes the problem. It's the standard way I repair bike helmets that have broken foam, anyway. There is also a nice touch of a velcro wrapping that goes around the excess strap at the bottom; it is also soft and stops the straps from waving about. And, it isn't too much of a bother to rip it off and adjust the helmet and put it back on. Overall, I think this is a pretty good helmet.
Very comfortable, business casual
I find this helmet great for commuting to my business casual work(I have it in matte bungee cord) and find the shape, padding and strap great, at least for my head. I only knocked a star off because it's quite pricey.
Nice but scratched
Is really nice and have a good fit. However it was scratched when I received it.
