The jacket I didn’t know I needed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have enjoyed using my running jacket and have worn it more often than I originally thought I would. With it being warmer this time of year I wasn’t sure how much use I would get but cooler rainy days have been perfect for it! I love that it’s lightweight and easy to pack or bring along with me. The fabric is breathable and comfortable without feeling hot and sticky. I wasn’t sure how it would be without a liner but it has been comfortable. I can see myself continuing to use it in similar conditions, cooler weather with light rain, early fall and spring as the seasons change. The color is a little brighter than I typically choose but it is fun! It is a good staple to have in my closet.

Beooks shoes best and canopy packable jacket

I love Brooks running shoes ran marathon with Ghost, now Glycerine is my favorite. Thank you to design team; toebox is heavenly comfortable, a few yrs. ago, I was furious about narrow good looking shoes that hurts my toes, returned multiple buys,my review worked WELL, THANK YOU 😁👍 This canopy packable jacket is just ok, i have another one is much lower price and still wear it different color brand that is still good. This one is over prices and packable is not excited about inner pouch don't have zipper or belcrow, I rather have inner pocket for my stuff to put it in securirly .

Decent, but not perfect

I used the size chart for this jacket knowing Brooks sizing has changed over the years. Initially, I ordered a Large but when it arrived, it was too big because it is semi-fitted. I returned it and ordered a Medium which fit a lot better (shoulders and hips). Two things missing which I wish this jacket had is a drawstring at the bottom for customization and inside snaps for venting body sweat. Otherwise this jacket performs well in cold weather (low 30s wearing Merino blend wool underneath) and light rain. This is not insulated but is more of a rain/wind jacket and does keep you warm once you get moving. I tested this out on a 4 mile run in the southwest running on trails.

Quality jacket

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife likes this jacket a lot, it just feels really high quality. It’s super lightweight, fit tts, and has the interior slip pockets she loves. The pink color is on trend, the hood is super functional and the brim is a nice feature. Packs down to about the size of 2 fists. She hasn’t had much opportunity to use it yet, it’s been hot. But it will be great for hiking and camping in light rain, or to block the wind at the lake or beach.

Surprisingly displeased

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hopeful to have a new rain jacket from brooks as I have purchased 2 other years ago and they worked like magic. This jacket has not kept my dry on a single run. Even with minimal rain fall it doesn’t wick away the moisture it actually seems to soak it in. I would not recommend purchasing if you are looking for water proofing. For the higher cost of this jacket and the usual quality of brooks I expected much better.

My go to lightweight jacket!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in the south, so a lightweight jacket is all I need most chilly days and this one delivers. I bragged about it so much that my friend got one too! We took these jackets on a hiking roadtrip and wore them almost every day. I love that its water and wind resistant and that it folds up so small. We were able to wear them at the beginning of our runs or hikes and put them in our hydration vests once we warmed up!

Rare Miss by Brooks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Canopy Packable Jacket is a rare miss from Brooks. While it’s clearly well-made and impressively lightweight, the functionality just isn’t there, especially for taller women or those looking for reliable weather protection. The material is so thin that it doesn’t offer much warmth or meaningful rain protection. The fit also runs short in both the torso and sleeves, which makes it a poor choice for taller runners. That said, it does pack down very small and is easy to stash for emergency use. If you’re looking for an ultra-light layer, it might work. Just know its limitations before you invest.

Fantastic Packable Jacket

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Canopy Packable Jacket is a fantastic athletic jacket for physical activity and a busy lifestyle. The fabric is very lightweight yet sturdy enough to block out unwanted wind and light rain without feeling overheated. The elastic that is built into the front of the hood provides a visor that stays nicely in place while in motion, keeping unwanted raindrops from hitting your face. The lightness of the jacket makes it perfect for throwing in a bag while out and about. I appreciate that the material unwrinkled quite quickly after being rolled up and stored in a backpack. While the bright magenta is easy to see in dim light, I do wish this jacket came in more muted or earthy tones as it is such a great jacket to bring when you need to travel light and have the possibility of rain. Overall, I am super thrilled with the quality and usefulness of this canopy jacket and will be taking it with me on many adventures.

Versatile Jacket

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a perfect lightweight jacket. It’s great for in between seasons when it’s chilly in the morning and then you warm up as you run. Because it’s truly packable, I’m able to take it off and easily fit it in my waist bag. The fabric is soft and breathable as well. I love the hot pink color! This is a very high quality and practical jacket.

Buyers remorse is gone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a little buyer’s remorse at first but the jacket is so worth every penny! I just wore it as a top layer on a 16 degree run with a 0 wind chill and that sucker held up! The only cold I felt from the wind were the parts of my body that didn’t have on the jacket!
