Smith  Roam ChromaPop Polarized Sunglasses

My wife keeps complimenting these every time I wear them and I've had them for over a month now! I love the bronze lenses as they give just the right amount of protection but keep everything sharp and bright. I bought these as my 'city/driving' glasses as I bought the Pinpoint model for my beach glasses. These are sophisticated and look just as great with t-shirt and shorts as they do in a full business suit. The mirror lenses add the right amount of funk for any 40+ guys out there seeking a youthful look :)

Love these!! I have a very very small, usually child sized face, and these fit great. Use them for hiking and trail running and they don't slip. The colour pop is also awesome.

I got these to replace my 9 year old pair of Smith Lowdowns. In that time Smith changed the sizing so I thought to get a different model that had a similar fit to my original Lowdowns. I can honestly say that these are a better fit than my previous Smiths. The soft nose pads are larger and of a different material and design so they stay on my face better. I’m half Asian and have a low bridge nose so I’ve always appreciated that Smith had soft nose pads to help prevent that. Also, the lens size is a better fit for my face. I think I can say comfortably that my Roam purchase is easily the best pair of sunglasses I’ve owned. I’m definitely getting another pair!

Repurchase these glass for the second time. My first pair is over 5 years old and in great condition but I love them so much I needed a backup. They fit my narrow face and have no visible scratches on the lenses. Best glasses I have ever owned.

I’ve had several pairs of smith glasses over the last 20 years. In part because of their high quality product, but also because of their lifetime warranty I’ve received replacements. These Roams are an updated twist on a classic design. They feel light compared to other fully plastic frames, with the metal arms giving the sense of added durability. The fit is a tad snug for my big mug, but these frames don’t slip or budge with movement, which mean fewer adjustments and wearing with confidence that they won’t fall off and get damaged.

They’ve got the wayfarer-esque frame shape with super comfy low-pro metal ear stems. I have used raybans for years. These fit very similarly to regular size wayfarers, maybe just a tad smaller. Classic style with modern updates, essentially. They’re rather durable in my experience. They’ve held up to a few mishaps, but I’d still treat them with care, of course. The polarization was also a surprisingly unique feature for me, even after wearing polarized lenses for years. I have the black/black model. Everything had a pleasant blue-tint, but, as “chromapop” would imply, brighter stand out colors in the environment are most definitely enhanced even further. For example, if your environment is mostly green, but there is a bush of super bright pink flowers, those pink flowers will be enhanced even further, while the rest of the environment is sharpened, and given a deep colorful upgrade. Super cool. I’d definitely recommend.

I was watching dirt track car racing and a clod of clay flew off the track and hit my eye. The impact was intense and mildly concussed me. Thankfully I was wearing my Lowdown 2 sunglasses, which took the impact, didn't shatter and saved my eye. I'm forever a Smith fan. The optics are amazing as well, but this demonstrated to me the quality of the frame and lens.

The Roam sunglasses have been my go-to pair for years. My previous pair was still in fantastic shape after three years, when I accidentally lost them in the ocean. I blame the totally unscratched lens and natural look of the colors- I forgot I was even wearing sunglasses! The fit is on point, they're look great and I highly recommend them to anyone.
