I LOVE my Field Issues, best optic for birding or general fun. Super clear optics, not too heavy, super sturdy, I bring them everywhere. Now with this speckle, I'll need to give my current pair to my kids so I can get the Blue Jay colorway. Can't wait ordering now!
Bought these for an upcoming trip to Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons. Have been using them to see birds and distant items around the yard and at our local beach. So far, so good. They let in lots of light and seem to be well built. Looking forward to the trip with the new Nocs!
I bought these because I recently got into birding as a hobby and I'm the type of person to heavily research before I buy anything and I ended up with these as my choice because of aesthetics and what you get for the money. Compared to Vortex or Nikon in this price range I think you really can't go wrong for the price and what you get especially with the bird collective collab. I've used these on about 6 trips so far this summer and the optics are clear and the weight is very manageable. If you are getting these for a kid I would suggest the standard issue over these withy experience with my son on trips but for an adult these are a fantastic first pair of if you don't need bells and whistles on a binocular. Highly recommend if rugged above average optics and design of a product are what you are after !
These binoculars are incredible! They've been with us to several National Parks bird and animal watching. The field of view is perfect for tracking moving birds, and the image is crystal clear. Took them to Olympic National Park in the rain and they never fogged up. Definitely worth the purchase!
My only complaint is that the speckle paint is smudging when my hands sweat.
Really light weight, fun color that won't get lost in my backpack, and the optics are actually really great for the price point. I wanted a daily pair for casual birding and these fit the bill. I'll save my fancy expensive optics for other birding events like Christmas Bird Count, but I feel like these would work for some areas in my count circle.
Did a lot of research before settling on these as my beginner binoculars for birding. Pair it with their phone rig and it’s the perfect companion for your Birda account. I’ve been going out more often lately and having these Nocs around my neck for easy access is great. The focus dial glides smoothly. The colors are nice. I recommend.
Great for birding. Sharp, lightweight, easy to use, and the design is unique. Perfect in my opinion. Highly recommend Nocs Provision Field Issue and the Bird Collective edition is a perfect complement.
