required almost no break-in time. Before my trip, I was nervous if my ankle would start feeling uncomfortable but no problem, I enjoyed about 5 mile hikes everyday for a week in wet Alaska. reasonable price and excellent quality.

Optimisticly bought new hiking boots @ 71 years ….
These hiking boots are just as expected. Solid sole, breathable water resistant uppers.so happy they fit well on my first wear It’s unfortunate the they too so long to get here.

Love My Oboz
I purchased these to wear working in my yard in the Virgin Islands. Our lot is sloped about 40 degree and covered in large rocks, shale like small rocks, tropical plants and lots of invasive vines. Meaning, these boots are put to work - not just some easy hiking trail. From the moment I slipped the boot on, I was amazed at the comfort. Never in my 64 years have I ever expected to wear a boot without some “break-in” period. So, imagine my surprise when I slipped them on, they felt great, and off I went to work for the day with no awkward rubbing here or there. No tightness that felt like it needed to be adjusted, just good foot support, great grip ability in the yard, and happy feet! I love them so much, we bought a pair for my husband. He’s taken a spill or two in the yard, wearing slip on flat soled shoes, and at 67, he can’t afford to be falling. His feet have the highest arch of anyone I’ve ever seen - especially when compared to my very flat feet, but his first comment when slipping them on was also how comfortable they felt. He’s worn them for a week and commented every day, how comfortable they are. How his feet feel good and he’s surprised since he’s not used to wearing boots. I would definitely buy again.
