Perfect for our car camping set up!

Space savings are hugely important! The collapsible kettle and cups fit perfectly into the little bin where we store our cooking gear. The kettle functions REALLY well and is light weight, too! This kettle is a fantastic combination of light-weight function in a space-saving form!

My first use of a silicone piece over flame but the hybrid of metal bottom and silicone upper works just fine. Since a large part of backpack/river trip cooking involves simply boiling water, this set is perfect as a minimalist "all you need" part of your kit or as an addition for times when weight and bulk are not an issue like car camping or raft trips. Another brilliant innovation from S2S!

It holds and boils enough water for both cups to be filled and one double mountain house meal to be cooked... This performs just as well want it to while we are thru hiking or weekending alike.
