Fits true to size, great experience overall.
Ordering the correct size online is always a risk. I went a half size up after researching general Keen fit online. I was wrong. They were too big. These fit true to size. I exchanged them in a store and they re-ordered the smaller size and were delivered within a few days. They are comfortable and I love them. Keens are just well made shoes. Period.
Don't buy if narrow feet!
If you have narrow feet, this runs wide, it will not work
lightweight/loose
These are really great boots/shoes from KEEN- BUT (at least for my feet) the elastic straps need a velcro tightening option. I got my size (8.5) & the length is great but my foot swims in the rest of the shoe. The toe bed width is grear & not narrow like another reviewer said. I love the weight & design & slip-on & waterproof features. If you have a wider/more substantial foot go for these- or even if you love to wear thick wool/winter socks, then they should work fine.
Almost perfect!
I have an embarrassing number of Keens: sandals, hiking boots, winter boots, leather dress boots. I have a wider foot and Keens usually fit me perfectly. I so wanted these boots to work for me, as I wanted an easy pair of boots to slip on during mild winter days. They were easy to slip on and much cuter on than in the pictures, in my opinion. The problem for me was that the footbed was too narrow for my foot, and I had to return them.
Cool shoes but don't stay on the feet!
These fit great and are really cool looking, but the elastic in one of the boots was stretched and so the boot did not stay on my foot. Perhaps the elastic stretched when someone at the store tried it on, but I could also see this being a problem after wearing them a bit. So, I returned them.
Don't
This boot squeaks all the time. The toe guard is already peeling off. Waste of money. I would give 0 stars if it was an option.
Runs big
I purchased my usual size 8 in Keens, but this style ran too big. There was too much room in the toe box and when I walked my heels rose up.. I will try the 7.5 and hope for better results as these are what I was looking for.
Exactly what I wanted
Comfy and exactly what I was looking for. They keep my feet nice and dry, and they're great for my wide feet.
Lovely boots
Loved these boots as soon as I saw them online. They were comfortable as soon as I put them on, no breaking in. Already had a few compliments on them. I used the size guide on the website to make sure the size was correct. They fit well for me as I have broader feet, the beginnings of a bunion and plantar fasciitis recently so I appreciate the extra space around my toes and arch support. They are a bit more chunky than normal trainers but not as chunky or as heavy as the elena hiking boot which is also lovely and comfy.
