Cozy, warm, and functional

This jacket is perfect for when the frost has hit but there is still more to be done outside. I think it might be warmer than any jacket I have, which makes me want to wear it more places. With that being said, if you want to wear it inside or in the car, turn off the heat or roll the windows down ;) The love that the materials on both the inside and outside of the jacket are soft to the touch. The deep pockets are very practical and I appreciate having one pocket that buttons (highly recommend that one for your phone). One thing I might change on this jacket would be to consider swapping out the buttons for snaps.

Great jacket, but...

I'm please with the look and fit of this jacket. I'm not pleased that the pockets are too shallow, and things fall out when you bend over. My phone has fallen out more than once, fortunately in my yard so I've been able to back track and get it. The chest pocket does have closure, but it won't close when my iPhone 7 is in it (or my glasses). Disappointing, as I did indeed buy the jacket for 'chores' and gardening, and it was not inexpensive. It doesn't breathe at all, which I suppose I should have realized from the synthetic fleece lining. It's warm and wind proof, and so far water repellent in light rain.

I would buy it again!

I was so excited about this jacket and it did not let me down. Using it for splitting and chopping wood, bush walks, even out for dinner! The only thing I would love more about this jacket is if it had snaps rather than buttons and a slightly muted curry colour. It's bold like a bight fall larch. But the colour is growing on me. I'd buy it again!

Such A Good Jacket

I bought this for my wife for Christmas. I think she's worn it every day since. It's a perfect cool weather jacket. She says it's warmer than it looks. She even wears it around the house when someone (ahem) turns the thermostat down too low. It's very light weight. The only slight downside is that the fabric is a bit loud. It is a very versatile piece for around town or out in the woods. Thanks for another great product OR!

Love this jacket!

This jacket is great for these chilly, drizzly days. It's warm, water resistant, dries quickly and is very lightweight while still feeling cozy. I like how the smooth lining in the sleeves make it easy to slip over anything I happen to be wearing. And best of all it is super cute and stylish - nice to have something other than a fleece or a puffy that still can stand up to the elements.

Not What I Expected

Not very roomy. Sleeves are long enough, but it is tight through the shoulders. This is much more lightweight than I expected. I cannot layer beneath it because it fits tight through the shoulders. This jacket was described as a "chore jacket" but it does not allow me to move at the shoulders to perform "chore activities".

Good fit and feels comfortable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought for the fall so I haven't worn it outside yet. Excellent length in torso and arms for me, but may be a bit long for some. Looks a little bulky in the arms but does not feel bulky, and will be perfect for wearing layers under. Overall feels comfortable against my skin. I wish it had a zipper instead of buttons.

Fits like a box

Having bought several OR jackets before and having experience that a size medium works really well for me, I was surprised that this jacket to fit so awkwardly. It has short hem and sleeves and is wide in the body - as if OR designers think that humans are shaped like a square.

Great jacket but there are sizing issues

I ordered the s which is pretty big on me but my real issue is with the sleeves. They are as long as sleeves on a man's jacket which makes me wonder if they just changed the sizing on a man's jacket. I have short arms and the sleeve is 3 inches too long.
