Great skins

These skins are easy to cut with the supplied tool. No having to move the skin multiple times to cut like black diamond. They have great grip and glide as well. I only wish I had sized down lengthwise (my skis are 158 long) instead of having the extra weight of the bigger size.

Mediocre skins

Had these for one year and the glue is already useless; won't stick to skis even in 20+ degree weather. Once even a small amount of snow/ice gets between the skis and skins, you'll be using Voile straps to make it back to the car. Stored them properly over the summer. Also, the stock tail clip is garbage and comes undone easily. Pomoca makes a better tail clip for an extra $20; annoying nickel and diming. I've had a much better experience with G3 alpinists and BCA magic carpets.

Cannot endorse

Although this brand has a great reputation these did not work well for me- tool didn't work well so had to use standard razor blades to trip, edges continued to release blue fibers into the snow and into the glue, glue was weak, snow packs easily under the nose section, tail clip was never very secure and fell off a number times under normal use (embarrassing). Honestly these drove me nuts compared to other skins I've used. Glide was okay, grip was mediocre.

not reliable, snow sticks to them

Skins glop up with snow, and don't seem to grip as well as competitors. I went skiing with 5 other skiers, nobody else had snow sticking to their skins, and I had it happen on every step. I tried spray, tried glop wax, nothing worked. I have always used black diamond skins in the past, but they were out of stock so went with these. Lesson learned. Tried contacting Pomoca and can't get anywhere.

A good choice for skins

Used them for all of this season and having a good experience. Stick to the skis well but not hard to get off like some skins. Climb really well and have decent glide. Easy to trim with the supplied tool.
