Manufacturer defect
The length adjustment buckle is on the wrong side of the handle where the conjoining velcro is so I cannot adjust that strap to make it shorter. It’s really in convenient when I carry it because one side it long and the other shorter

Stays for buckles fragile; grill top slides out.
The canvas is very nice, but the stays for the buckles tear very easily when cinching up the bag. The grill top seems to have no way of being held inside the bag, and easily slides out when attempting to carry the bag by its straps.

Just a quick tip when you're carrying the Firepit: make sure to hook the bag a little further down to keep it nice and tight. This will help prevent the grill from sliding out. It’s a canvass bag, nothing more.
They may think it’s the greatest thing since the napkin but I wasn’t impressed. Although it will hold the Firepit, the accessory pouches are on the ends which means only small items will fit. The carry straps are adjustable double length webbing which really doesn’t make for a comfortable carry. The worst is that there is no actual closure system, just two straps to hold the bag closed. It is, however, open on the ends and while attempting to carry the Firepit with griddle out of the house, the griddle slid out the open end and almost cracked the tile floor. Brilliant! Did the designers not think of a strap on the ends to keep everything in the bag?

Carrying Bag
It's a great idea, but the bag wasn't thought out very well. The first thing I noticed is that it wasn't water proof. I know it wasn't designed to be water proof, but why have a bag for it if it isn't? These things are made for the outdoor, so now I have to go find a bag for it that is water proof. It's just non-sensical. As others haves said on here, the straps don't adjust much at all making it difficult to balance which makes it harder to carry. The grill/firepit itself is really nice and works as it's supposed to. So, grill/firepit gets a thumbs up and the accessories gets a big thumbs down.

Horrible build quality
Either I just got a bad bag but I just received a carry bag for my pit for Christmas and put my pit inside and barely tugged on the bag to square it up and ripped in half like it was made of paper. I enjoy all the other biolite products I have so not sure what went wrong.

Anniversary gift
This is what started my introduction to Bio Light products I received this Fire Pit as a 30 years anniversary gift from the company I work for this Fire Pit is perfect for my Vintage trailer , so I received it then went online to register it that's when I went crazy and bought all of the accessories and then some including the carry bag and it all fitted perfectly into the Bag I have not used it yet that day is getting near I'm so glad I picked this for my gift this is something we can surely use for both cooking and as a Fire Pit .
Fits well for Biolite Firepit, Could be better
The bag fits the firepit well. If you want something that is fitting, this is about the only option you get unless you custom make something. If not because of the fitting, I would probably give 3 stars since the bag offer very little compartments and doesn't seal on the sides. I am not talking about sealing tight with a zipper or similar thing, it has nothing on the sides. Hence, if one put the cast iron or other items on top of the firepit, it might slip out of the bag easily. Would be great if there is a dedicated securing mechanism for the fire poker too. Right now the fire poker kinda just sits inside the bag and it is not great. Would be great to see everything integrate more seamlessly when packed up since this is meant to be a fire pit on the go.
Good, but better with improvements
Height of bag is good to accommodate grill and grill cover, but does not allow space for much else. Would like for there to be zipper for complete closure and longer straps for shoulder carry. Good overall quality.
Completely covers and completely versatile!
This is great quality and more sturdy and complete than the solar-paneled variety they released years ago. I still have that one; but, it does not totally encase the FirePit the way this does- and now oat-camping care and truckbed cleanup time is minimized. I bought two- one to carry the FirePit and another to carry wood, charcoal and/or accessories. Highly recommended.

WOW! SUPERNICE! I just received my FirePit Carry Bag, and it is SUPERWORTHIT! Strong, durable materials to protect your FirePit and your car. This design is well thought out and quality made. If I had seen this in the store for myself, there would not have been a question to purchase it. BioLite comes through again with a great product.
