Perfect upgrade for old tevas
I got these in the mail and couldn't write a review fast enough. I have worn Tevas for years and love them. I usually take a pair backpacking to wear when I get to camp, but I wanted something lighter. These only weigh ~275g which is about half of the weight of my current pair. I like these for hiking and walking more than the original universal sandals since they have more support. SIZE DOWN. I am a solid 7 in shoes (sometimes even a 7.5 since I have wide feet). The 6 fits perfectly - like it was made for me. I have wide feet and a high instep and these are so beyond comfortable and fit perfectly. I got the Lemonade color and I love it - true to color on the website. I saw on Teva's website they have other colors - I would definitely buy more if REI had more color options (like olive). Just buy them!
Small and color not true as depicted but comfy!
The color of the sunflower “orange” is a dark tan orange, not what’s depicted in the picture. They definitely run a whole size large, I usually wear a 9/9.5 and the 8 is just a little small on me. I might try the 9s too, but they are VERY VERY comfortable!
Run big!!!
I listened to the reviews (I normally wear a size 9) so I ordered a size 8.. still way too big!!! I will have to return and order a size 7. Other than that they are so comfy and cute
Great hiking, festival and general sandals
I've had these sandals for about six months, since the summer 2021. I love the color of the yellow shoe and got so many compliments! They did give me some blisters when I walked for hours or hiked for a while up steep hills, but were otherwise comfortable. Adjusting the strap to be as tight as possible helped for heel blisters, so I wish the front strap was adjustable too. The main reason I got these was to have more support for my flat and wide feet than flip flops. The tread has worn down a bit, but still did pretty well crossing a shallow stream and hike. I definitely want to get another color. Also, I paid attention to the previous reviews and went down a size, I'm normally a size 8, to a size 7 for this sandal.

I was hesitant at first about purchasing these due to the reviews but I’m so glad I did! I’m normally a 7 and 7.5 in shoes and my foot is wide. I bought a 6 and it fit me great! Not sure if these accommodate narrow fits. No need to break in. Love them so much!
My new favorite water shoes
I bought these through the TEVA website with some reservations mainly from reading the reviews. My feet are fairly wide and I tend to wear a size 8 1/2 to a 9 in most shoe brands. I almost listened to the review's saying to size down. These reviewers also complained about blisters. Not quite sure what the problem with their shoes were but I stuck to my instinct and purchased a size 9 ( my regular size) My toes don't go all the way to the top if that's what people are concerned with? I have worn these every weekend for over a month in the water, paddle boarding, kayaking, and to the beach and have had no issues. I highly recommend these shoes. If you have wide-ish feet like I do, stick with your regular size.
The Comfiest most Versatile Sandal!
I am so happy I purchased these sandals. I get so many compliments on them (I have the lavender ones) AND they worked so well when I was walking around the rocks of East Zion, walking through a river and at the grand canyon. They do NOT slip at all on rock surfaces, so it's easy for me to hop from dry rock to rock. Theyre light, and I can be on them ALL DAY which I absolutely LOVE. I am officially a TEVA ho* now lol Also get one size smaller. They run like Dr.Martens, which is big so get a size smaller than your usual. I'm a 7.5 and got a size 7 and they are PERFECT.
way too big
These are comfortable, but sizing is way off. I normally wear a 7, but had already purchased a pair of Tevas in a 7, which were too big, so I ordered these in a 6. Still, I would estimate, 2 sizes too big.
not leather, croc shoe material
I just bought these online. I was so excited because they looked very versatile. I can wear with a dress while walking around, or I could wear these climbing a mountain. I was so disappointed when they got shipped to me because they were plastic foam material like crocs. From the photos, I thought they were going to be a comfortable leather material. The top strap is not adjustable and fits too loose. Super bummed, will be returning. (Purchased in black)
Very comfy for house and outside
I bought a pair in rose tan -- originally ordered size 9 (my usual size) but they were too large. So I reordered in size 8 and they are perfect. They offer plenty of cushion for standing on my feet, and after hours on a tile floor my feet feel great. *Note: I ordered a second pair in white from another retailer, and they are too small! So the colors were inconsistent in sizing, but the second pair did not come from REI.
