TALL: Some shirts, pants and jackets are available in tall sizes, which generally means an inseam that is 3 inches longer and a rise that is 1 inch longer, a shirt or jacket body that is 2 inches longer and sleeves that are 2 inches longer than regular sizes.
SHORT: Pants are available in short sizes. These have an inseam of 30 inches.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live these so much I have 3 pairs in different colors. The breathable fabric is perfect for seriously hot Texas summers and I sweat far less than I did wearing other pairs of shorts. They are comfortable enough to wear all day just lounging around the house and stylish enough to wear out to church, parties, BBQs, anything. Like most North Face products, they're high quality and durable and hold up after washing over and over. Lastly, they are really non-restricting and have a good stretch. I can bend down, crouch, sit with my legs crossed so easily. Get a pair of these!
Best shorts I have bought in a long time!
I ordered these shorts about a week ago. When they arrived, I tried them on and loved them! So I went back online, to order several more in various colors, but darn, they were all sold out in my size. I ordered the size 33 in Long (the Long inseam is 11" inch in length which hits just above the knee, which I think is perfect). I called North Face, and they weren't sure they could get any more in. I told the Rep how much I liked them, and urged her to let management know they are a great short! I like them because the material in high-quality and breathable, the fit is true, and the price is fair. I also like that they don't have patch pockets all over, but do have traditional back pockets for a wallet. They can be used for casual or slightly dressy. I will order more if I can ever find them!
Best All Around Short
Bought these shorts for spring/summer hiking. Ended up taking a charter fishing trip in the Keys and wore these with great delight. Breathable material that didn't leave me damp and itchy. Durable material but with a soft feel. Cut is just right and fits true to size. Would highly recommend grabbing a pair for leisure/outdoor activity. Looking to get more colors in the near future.
Awesome color(slate rose), sllliiiimmm fit!
Awesome color the slate rose is a killer shade of pink! Fit guide recommended 34” but my thunder thighs said otherwise ;p 36” it is for me!! I’m 6’2” and 200 lbs decently athletic, the 34” fit and I mean barely. Swapped to the 36” and life was good, still a tight fit, but I can enjoy some Corndog nuggies and a few beers without fear of losing a button ;p
Love these shorts!
Love these shorts! They look good feel good, but some of the stitching on back pockets has come undone and i have to cut it. Ive had them for about a month and they're already coming undone. :( Maybe its just the pair i got? I use them for climbing, running, working out. They stretch and allow me to do lunges while sweaty unlike most shorts I own.
Awesome lightweight jacket
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For almost half off, this jacket is a steal. Just by touching it, it doesn't seem like it would be very warm (it feels thin and lightweight), but it is deceivingly warm. I wear it in 20-40 degree weather, and I'm nice and toasty. Any colder and I would probably wear a light sweater underneath. Any warmer and I would probably start sweating.
Great all around
Brought these on a multi day kayak fishing trip. They were fast drying and very breathable. It was in the 90s and the humidity was high. I never had a problem with getting to hot. Love the zipper pocket for keeping important things I did not want to drop in the water. I am definitely going to by another pair.
BEST SHORTS EVER
I wear these shorts all the time. I first bought a pair and fell in love with them. Love the style , cut above the knee and love how comfy they are. Never put on a pair of shorts as great as these. Because of that . I own 2 pairs , looking to rebuy the grey colorway. These are the best shorts money can buy.

Dig the fit and feel of these shorts. The 9" inseam initially attracted me. I find 10" and 11" shorts too long and the most common alternative is running shorts. Fabric is lightweight, breathable and durable, perfect for warm, humid weather. Have already recommended these shorts to friend and coworkers!
Incredible all around shorts!!
Perfect for casual wear, particularly for the hot days of summer. Looks great, with a nice cut, but is comfortable to wear when you're getting sweaty outside. Good for hiking or just having drinks in someone's backyard. Could wear them swimming too, although I haven't yet.
