Broke these in on a very steep climb with a lot of wet rocks, leaf patches and mud. Also managed to submerge them in a stream due to stepping on a unsecured stone. Dried rather quickly and barely noticed afterwards. Return trip was a 2 mile road hike down side of the mountain and they were pretty comfortable for the most part. Definitely better suited for off road wear if prolonged.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always get comments on how cool these shoes look. Really attractive and stylish yellow laces with the blue is a great combo. I wear them on walks and occasionally at work- they aren't my go to for hiking because I have some waterproof ones from north face but they certainly could work for that- durable tread on the bottom make for excellent traction. Really pleased with this purchase
