This set contains items that themselves are very good, but aren't ideal to be used together all the time and are best used in other ways...I'll explain. The stove is a very wide burner, that is also relatively strong. It can be used with the included medium-sized boiler but it is borderline too wide; with the flames shooting up the sides of the pot/boiler on higher settings. The stove itself is a great all around camping/backpacking stove that is better used for wider cookware. It simmers well, but I found it still a little too hot for pancakes on its lowest setting. Again, best used for cookware wider than ultralight pots/boilers. It CAN nest inside the included boiler but you will fit NOTHING ELSE will fit inside aside from that little folding spork or something of comparable size. I called GSI before I purchased to ask if this stove could fit nested with a small fuel container and they told me yes and I confirmed the details of this several times...so I was very disappointed to see that this was not the case and not much else could fit inside with it. The stainless steel boiler is great, and it is recently my most used piece of backpacking cookware. Very durable, sturdy construction. Measurements are stamped on the inside. Good fitting lid, and the handle folds to clasp down firmly on the lid during storage. Stainless tab on the lid that is easy to stand up or fold. Fits nicely in included mesh bag for storage. I use it with a smaller backpacking stove and nest a fuel canister inside with the rest of my cooking gear. GSI also makes an aluminum version of this boiler. The spork is small, folds, and is JUST BARELY long enough for the average dehydrated food pouch. Sturdy enough, folding mechanism locks up well. I find it's adequate, but it's def not the best spork in the industry. Very tiny and compact though, that's for sure.
