So, so...

The mat is ok, the first couple of times I dismounted from my bike, I turned hard with my bike shoes...totally chewed up the mat. Not as durable as I would have thought.

OK at the Sale Price

Mat is much thinner than mats of the past few years, including others by Saris/CycleOps. Have tried to get the wrinkles out for over a week, with little progress.

Good enough on sale, but not worth full price.

Got it on clearance, thank goodness, because it is certainly not worth full retail price. The Saris trainer mats used to be heavier, sturdier, and sold rolled up instead of being folded into a box. This mat is thin, unevenly trimmed, and has permanent creases all over it from how it was folded multiple times for shipping. The climbing block is the same as it ever was: a cheap plastic thing, albeit one which does its job well enough, with three leveling options that are difficult to discern from one another on account of having no markings or anything whatsoever to help with that. The towel is a towel. Not much else to say about that. The mat sucks, but it's better than nothing. Saris should legitimately be ashamed of themselves for normally charging over $70 for the thing, however, not to mention $50 for the flimsy plastic block. If you can get this kit on clearance or with some other decent discount, then go for it, since it's basically necessary to protect your floor and level your bike on the trainer, but don't pay full price for it!

Love my Saris fluid 2 trainer

Bough Saris fluid Ops trainer because I canceled my gym membership due to concerns with Covid 19. Love this trainer, easy to put together and the fluid fan is not too loud. Bike fits securely to the Saris trainer. I definitely recommend this trainer
