rubber-soled slipper

These shoes fit my feet quite well. They are quite flexible and soft. On the wall, these qualities translate to precision movement and complete body activation. It is true what people say, you can feel everything; which, is a good thing for these shoes. On a more critical note, there is a slight bite around the achilles heel the first couple times they're worn, but that adjusts quickly. Moves like smears and steep slopes are more challenging. One of the starkest differences with these shoes is that my toes do not hurt, at all, while or after use, which is something I can't say for my VSs or even beginner shoes I've had.

Most comfortable shoe ever!!!!

The Furia Air is one of the softest, lightest shoe I’ve ever worn. It’s almost like climbing bare footed. It’s fantastic on slab. The only thing I didn’t like since they’re so minimal. Is the heels hurt when you go to heel hook. The protection is not there. Ouch !!! Street shoe 46 Furia Air 43.5

these feel like socks on your feet

I bought these because of the weight and wanting to dive into the sensitive shoe world for climbing . these do it all. Boulder, slabs , and highballs , great for over hangs if you have strong feet. these climb sport routes perfectly and you forget they are on your feet. my favorite part was the break in time was nothing literally the first day not a sore spot or blister to be had. I bought 2 sizes below my street because I love an actual tight fit. I wouldn't have ever been able to notice even if I went a half size smaller.

Best climbing shoe I've ever used!

I bought these because I was looking to switch to a vegan pair of moderately aggressive climbing shoes, without knowing what to expect -- and they absolutely blew me away. They are by far the most comfortable and high-performing ones I've ever owned! They're really soft and they make it feel like you're wearing socks, as others have mentioned, without compromising on performance. I feel way more confident when edging or smearing in these shoes! The single velcro strap is also really convenient for easily taking the shoes on and off, although I pretty much never have to do that in between climbs with these shoes because they're so comfy. I wear between a women's 8.5-9 in street shoes and I normally downsize for climbing shoes, but I could barely get my foot into the 40 EU, so I ended up going with the 41 EU and it fit me snugly but comfortably. So glad I found these!

Scarpa Furia Air climbing shoes

these Scarpa's are an amazing high performance steep climbing/bouldering shoe. They are not the best on super small foot holds, but they preform insanely good on steep overhangs and any foot holds bigger than an 1/4 inch. they also are really good for standing on big volumes, the rubber is like glue. I got 2 sizes smaller then my street shoe size, and after one month of using them they fit and fell really good. If you are a beginner you should not buy them because they wear down fast and you will need to wait to improve your footwork. but over all a really great aggressive climbing shoe.

Great climbing shoe but…

These climbing shoes are great. They’re very light so you can feel everything which I personally like. I would rather use them as more of a training shoe Or specifically for overhangs. Standing on small holds is more challenging however you will strengthen feet/toes over time. Not to mention they are the most comfortable climbing shoe I’ve ever worn. However the heel doesn’t feel right FOR ME. I personally would recommend these shoes however I feel like the Scarpa Dragos are better.

Great shoe!

Absolutely phenomenal shoes. Feels like a sock with rubber and you barely notice them. They're not ultra aggressive and I have no problem climbing in them for hours. I also didn't have to downsize as much as I thought I would as the fit is great.

Worth every penny

I don’t make a habit of leaving reviews, but I thought I’d make an exception. This is my second pair of Furia Airs and I will never not have a pair in my bag. Bear in mind, a shoe this light and flexible absolutely has a life span and if you beat on them it will be shorter than maybe you’d like. If you decide to pick these up, I hope you enjoy the same confidence I get from having such a soft sensitive shoe glueing you to your favorite climbs.
