Works decently well
Overall this seat is the same quality construction and has the same features as the main seat. After graduating from the bassinet attachment, my baby loves this and I love that he sleeps well in it. It fully reclines just like the main seat to give a lay-flat sleeping experience for my now 8 month old who is too big for the bassinet. Be aware it does have a lower weight limit so the main seat has to be for the heavier child. I also wish the main seat and sibling seat were interchangeable so bigger kid could sit in either the higher or lower position on the stroller. Sometimes it would make sense for my bigger child to be lower to the ground so they could climb in/out of the stroller more independently. The sibling seat will not clip into the main seat position.
