Very disappointed
I bought this for my baby born at the end of October since I wanted to keep her warm through the winter months. Well it's January now and her head barely fits in the top hooded part. There is plenty of room for her legs to expand but the distance of where the crotch buckle any the top of the nest is so short it won't make it through the one winter season in was intended for. My baby is not an abnormal size for her age. Shame on your designer. I am embarrassed that I spent money my family lovingly donated to this setup.
Good but bad installation instructions
I’m only giving this 3 stars because there are not proper installation instructions for this product, or the newborn insert for the Thule urban glide 3. It was very confusing and time consuming bc of this when it shouldn’t be, but essentially you need to unthread the shoulder straps, remove the stroller padding, and thread it through the newborn insert support. This way the side/body straps can be in the right place as well. I really wish there were proper installation instructions for this as we actually had it on incorrectly for a full day until I saw someone else comment on the newborn insert product which is the same installation process as this essentially. Once it’s in properly, my daughter (3 1/2 months) seems very comfortable, happy and her head is supported well.
