Leki  Cressida Cor-Tec Trekking Poles - Pair - Women's

I had never hiked with poles before, but had started getting to a point that I felt that they would be very helpful. So I went into my local REI and asked the salesperson to help me pick the right poles for me. After showing me about 4 different pairs the Leki Cressida were the ones for me! The cork grip feels great in my hand and has provided great grip and stability on even the toughest hike. They are super lightweight and telescope in and out to the right length. I also really like how sturdy the tips are, I have gotten the tip jammed in between tight crevices and it just flexes and pops out. Awesome set of poles that are a great price and great quality!

This was the best decision of any purchase related to our 12 day trip to the Canadian Rockies. I'm 66 with knee, hip and neck concerns. We hiked 6-8 miles daily on "moderate" trails. Managing lengthy steep inclines/descents, roots, rocks, mud and ice was so much easier than I could have ever imagined! Adjusting pole length was a breeze and easily fit in my checked bag. This was my first experience with poles and I will never hike without them again, even for local park hiking. They really do reduce compression/impact on spine and joints. Be sure to get a set of rubber tips, as well, for the paved or hard packed gravel trails that often can't be avoided.

I used these during my Appalachian Trail Thru Hike. These lasted the entire hike, the only issue being mice chewing on the rubber tops, guess I should have put them in a better location overnight. In all honesty, during my hike I encountered many people that had trekking poles break on them and I never had an issue. The cork is more of a fake cork, but I preferred it to real cork. I brought these poles to Germany with me when I moved and look forward to continue using them on this side of the pond.

After my carbon poles snapped on day 3 of the CDT, I had to make a decision and pick something up. These were the best thing in stock at the local gear store, so despite being a 6ft male, I bought these women's poles. All in all, they worked pretty great. I found the grips to be especially chilly in the AM, and I didn't *love* the shaped handle grip. I would have preferred a symmetric/ uniform pole handle design. Would be a 5 star pole with a symmetric cork handle and foam extension. After 1600 miles and 54 falls (yes I keep track) the poles were looking pretty banged up but they were still straight, locks held tight, and the carbide tip was still doing great. Then TSA stole them from me. Poles so good I wasn't even allowed to keep them. RIP

I used these poles climbing up the slippery, rocky, wet Kalalau Trail in 2019. From Ke'e beach the initial ascent is at least 45 degrees across giant wet and muddy boulders -- a very tough scramble for one with back issues. Nevertheless, these poles were life savers, helping find the limited stable crevices to proceed, enabling me to do this climb and witness some of the most amazing views and colors I've ever seen along beautiful Na Pali Coast. Going down, these poles only increased their value. I found gripping the top knob of the handles without the straps (at a shorter pole length) gave great support and dexterity to descend quickly and confidently, despite the conditions. I saw numerous people fall but, thankfully, I did not.

These poles are great. Lightweight, easy to adjust, and strong enough that they can support you if you take a misstep or fall. They were also strong enough to get me down a steep mountain when hiking the Appalachian Trail after an injury. I was by myself, a storm was coming, and I could barely use my knee. These poles literally acted like crutches and allowed me to get to safety and help. Highly recommend them.

I needed new hiking poles and wanted light weight and short enough to fit into luggage. These Levi sticks fit the bill. They are also easy to adjust versus my old sticks that continually self adjusted themselves and needed adjusting often.

These babies were used for the hike to Half Dome and held up REALLY well. Very study and loved the ease of adjustability going uphill and downhill. My friend has also borrowed these for a pretty intense 4 day backpacking trip from Lamarck Lake through to Bishop Pass. She said there were an absolute lifesaver! Planning to get her a pair as a gift!

I really wanted to like these, but they either don't stay open because the lock is too loose and slowly shortens over time or is too tight and won't move into the lock position. On the two hikes I used them on they were very helpful and made hiking so much easier but I'm going to be looking for something else.

Bought these for my wife after she injured her knee. I don’t think she would have been able to complete the last two trips without them. Easy to use, and compact
