NEMO  Dagger 2 Footprint

This is a decent footprint and integrates well with the tent but it has a massive design flaw with the way 2 of the clips attach. It has 2 integrated clips and 2 adjustable clips. The 2 adjustable clips are designed in such a way that unless they have tension they will simply slide off the strap when that is attached to the footprint. I lost both of them on the first trip out. Nemo sent me replacement clips (though only the clip piece, not with the original buckle) and I attached them to the straps permanently. I lost the adjustability but at least I can attach it to the tent.

I have camped in both mildly rainy conditions and on top of wet snow (snow froze overnight) and this footprint kept the tent dry. Would definitely recommend getting this footprint for the Osmo Dagger as you want a footprint that is the correct size according to your tent. If you go with another footprint that isn’t the same size, you might end up with inadequate coverage leading to an influx of rain water if it is too big or not enough base coverage if it is too small. I bought the footprint on Friday, May 13, 2022, and immediately used it for my brand new Dagger OSMO 2P for the weekend. Great fit/set up...loved it. It rained, so the day we broke camp I hung up the footprint to dry and packed it away...no issue, right? Got home and opened the footprint to clean, cleaned it, and as I hung it to dry the adjustable clip (grey side) simply fell off. Well, come to find out the yellow side fell off too...but not at my house. So now my brand new footprint is missing the proprietary clip...guess what I can't find to purchase on the Nemo site...? These fall off way to easily..no retention whatsoever.

Footprint is easy to connect to tent system and fits perfectly under the dagger 2p tent. It folds down easy and I keep it in the same bag as my tent/stakes/fly. Would definitely recommend with dagger2p.

I've bought two of these - one with my tent and another as a replacement after a friend lost the first one. It fits the Dagger 2 perfectly and has helped protect my tent from rocks and mud.

Works well and adds durability to the floor of the tent. Just buy it already.

Packs small, lightweight bag. It’s just a good footprint.

I just used this for the first time this past week. Used it 2 nights backpacking and 2 nights in a campground. It is easy to use, waterproof, and easy to clean. However, after packing it away after backpacking, and unpacking it the next night in the campground, noticed 2 of the clips were missing. Now, I'm missing 2 of the 4 clips after just one use. Looked on the website and can't find them anywhere to order replacement clips.

I would only recommend this product if you are in areas that are really rocky or harsh ground conditions. also comes in handy if you in a Pine forest and dont want to get sap all over the bottom of your tent. once you attach it to your tent you dont have to really remove it, you can just pack it up still attached. the only problem we had with this was that the Clips kept coming undone.

I bought this for my Dagger OSMO 3p. Immediately took it out on a 3 day trip. During the times packing and unpacking the footprint I did notice that the sliding clips fall off easily. When I went to go clean & dry the footprint the clips fell off with no resistance. Aside from that the footprint is extremely rugged and easy to clean.
