Looks good and it is convenient but it’s ripping?

Could potentially be user error but I found the thing to be hard to “zip” and well it’s ripping from where it “zips.” Kind of sad I’m going to have to replace this after only having ig for 2 weeks. And it definitely doesn’t close securely :(. I’ll give it another go eventually.
