Petite sizing would be great
I wish this shirt came in petite sizes. I tried it on in the store, and XS fit like an oversized sack. I'm 5' 2", 112 lbs. The fabric and pattern looked great (although, as the photo shows, the white color is quite sheer), just not for me.
Great for travel
I bought this shirt for a trip to Italy. It's versatile and great for minimizing the amount of clothes I need to carry when traveling It's casual and comfortable to wear for sight seeing during the day and dressy enough to wear with a skirt or nice pair of pants for a night out. I also like that it doesn't take much space or add weight to my travel pack. It does run a little large, but I tried it on in the store and went one size down from my usual size and it fits great.
This shirt is a winner!
I'm 5'7", 135lbs, and ordered a medium in the indigo water stripe color. I am typically a 6-8 in most clothing brands, which translates to a small at places like Gap and medium in Marmot (I do not own any other Carve Designs products, so I can't compare to sizes in this brand). The medium is a little bit big on me, but because there isn't much stretch to this shirt, I think it's the appropriate size. I may throw it in the dryer to shrink it just a bit. I'm also busty, so the small might be too tight across the chest. Anyway, this shirt is great! Loose, breezy, and perfect for hot, humid summer days with the sleeves rolled up. The blue is a little sheer, but works with a nude-to-you bra. The stripe pattern is unique and I got tons of compliments wearing this shirt for the first time today. If you're on the fence about this shirt, go for it! I can see myself getting a lot of use out of it this summer (and maybe even under a cardigan in the fall). Thinking about purchasing the white one too, even though it looks slightly more sheer - nothing a tank top can't fix. Nice work, Carve Designs!
Great Shirt
I love this shirt. The fit is good and the print is pretty. Unlike some shirts, the shoulders and upper arms are not too tight for somone who does strength training.
Great for travel
I just travelled all over Europe with one of these shirts and immediately ordered another one as soon as I got home. It looks nice and it washes and dries quickly while on the go. It does wrinkle a bit, but it doesn't really matter with the material. It also takes up very little space in your luggage. It kept me cool and comfortable on my travels!

Such a fun top to wear. Comfortable, breathes, looks great and washes well. Love everything about it. Would buy more if there were additional color options

Very lightweight. Looks dressy or casual, and can be layered. A versatile shirt with a creative design. I'm sure I'll get alot of wear from it.

I bought three different colors, and the one with the flowers is gorgeous. The white is completely translucent and not very flattering, and the others are just ho-hum. But this flower pattern is amazing. Nice and light weight. It’s a little scratchy, but it’s OK. I don’t think it would work for a cover-up on a hot sunny day, because it’s a dark color, but for humid nights out, I think it will be perfect. I am a size 4 and the xs is still too roomy.
Perfect for warm climates and hot summer days
This very lightweight, breathable, and quick-dry top is comfortable for travel, casual wear, or beach coverup. The Medium fits comfortably over my 34DD cleavage (often hard to fit), and the sleeves extend to my wrists when unrolled. This shirt *is* gauze, so it is sheer. I bought the Batik Floral, which has a tropical feel and shows less than the other prints, and expect to be ordering another as soon as the other print I want is back in my size.
