Perfect Board Shorts
I'm 5'4" and running about 120-125 these days, smaller waist, curvy hips. I prefer board shorts to rest on my hips, not sit in the curve of my waist, and these are perfect if you're built like that--not an easy fit to find and not look like you're just wearing shorts that are too big for you. We live on a lake and I'm finding myself pulling these on more than any other shorts/leggings for daily wear. Logged on to purchase the blue pair, too.
cute and durable
These are my second pair but only because I had to size up to a small. I am usually a medium in most brands though. I am 120lb with curvy/hourglass shape. I've put these through the wringer and wore them working on boats and on farms. They took a beating but don't look it at all. They didn't shrink in the wash or thin or fray over time. They fit my body wonderfully never riding up or folding up at the hems. They're bomb proof and cute af!
Not for women with narrow waists and hips.
Overall quality of the board shorts are fantastic. However, not for women with hips. Fit is tight across hips while waist is loose. Needed to return this item.
Meh... they're alright
These aren't bad, though I vastly prefer Roxy Endless Summer board shorts. These feel a little stiff in comparison, and there's something about the cut I don't like but I can't quite put my finger on it. Still, they are quality shorts and I plan to keep them around for water sports this summer.
Comfortable and light
I bought these for a kayaking trip and loved them. Great for kayaking, hiking, and swimming.
Cute and stylish
These are great quality but they run a bit big. They don’t scuff on rough rock too!
I like the coverage better than bikini bottoms.
I am waiting for decent weather to wear them paddle boarding.
Runs small
Definitely runs small and as a previous reviewer stated, not great for those of us with fuller hips. I am 5 foot six, 175 pounds. I bought a size large (standard for me) and it was nowhere near the right size. And the cut is funny, so I didn’t feel like sizing up was going to help. The material is stiff, almost bordering on abrasive. These were the only board shorts in this style that I could locate, but I had to return.
Great unless you lose a lace
I love these shorts. They are lightweight, dry super fast and the (S) isn't unusually small. However, somewhere I lost one of the laces (washed in washer bags, not sure where I lost it). Of course, I don't have a receipt but I was willing to fix it myself. I called customer service and they "don't replace parts of an item, only the whole item". So, customer service, although they answer the phone, got me absolutely no help. I will find something at the shoe/craft store. For $42, this was a disappointing event.
