best rim tape by far

replaced all of my wheelsets tape with this and never had a problem. easiest way to set up tubeless. great for nontubless too, as they are lightweight, easy to keep clean, and last for what seems like an eternity.

Stan's NoTubes Rim Tape - 10 yds. x 21mm

Great stuff, easy to apply and seals like a charm! A little on the pricey side though but will do 2 sets of rims so pretty good value!

works but I think there could be better

Used this tape to make my rims tubeless for the first time. My rims are 19mm Internal and the tape was tricky to apply without creasing when pushed down to conform to the rim shape. One tire worked well but the other still leaked from the spoke holes even after reapplying. I think using Gorilla Tape would work better and I’ve heard great things about it for tubeless. This tape is too thick and plasticky at least for my rims.

junk, worthless

first off the tech at REI told me this is what I needed. i look at the accompanying video and right off the bat according to it it's too small. gave it a shot anyway. wasnt remotely adhesive. as soon as I pushed it down it came right back off. It did adhere to itself so I thought maybe it's supposed to be like this? well as soon as I started trying to seat the tire it started ripping up. I gave up and am taking it back.
