[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new Deva 60 is AMAZING! Took it out for some spring training for a bigger trip that’s upcoming. The small details are game-changing. I love the water bottle pocket, the rotating shoulder straps make this pack oh-so great. The mobility of my torso that I gain with this feature is great. I also love the gripping technology and the air cushion foamless back panel. Definitely recommend!!!! So comfortable. Gregory gave me this free product to try.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took the pack through the Green Swamp portion of the Florida Trail and some Florida scrubs located on the western coast of the state for a combined 25 trail miles. The pack has plenty of organizational pockets and I found the brain’s numerous pockets particularly useful. I predominantly use some sort of pack liner so I didn’t get much use from the pockets on the body of the pack besides the water bottle pocket. The angled pocket located on the right side got a bit of getting used to, but bracing the bottle with my elbow and palms allowed me to securely place it back while moving. The pack is extremely comfortable and I was taken away by how well the Aircushion back panel held up to Florida’s hot climate with +80% humidity. Though the pack is on the heavier side, it makes up for it by having great weight distribution, comfort, and durability. It held up well to sand, gravel, saw palmetto fronds, and pine sap. The FreeFloat hipbelt was especially nice as its flexion was very useful when the trail turned into loose and unstable sand. My only minor issue was that I have a relatively narrow and short fit so the thicker shoulder straps sometimes chaffed along my chest and collarbone. If you prioritize comfort, organization, durability, and a close fit, this pack for you. As an outdoors retail employee, I frequently recommend this pack for hikers backpacking to and establishing a base camp, multi-day backpacking photographers carrying heavy equipment, and parents/guardians/nannies/etc. carrying additional gear for their child(ren). I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review.

Excellent backpack with thoughtful features everywhere

I love this pack. The Gregory Women’s Deva 60 has been one of my favorite pieces of gear. The side pocket fits a Nalgene, there is plenty of space for a water bladder, and the overall storage layout is excellent. There are pockets everywhere, and they are actually useful instead of feeling like unnecessary extras. I’m still discovering features I haven’t even fully explored yet, which says a lot about how thoughtfully designed this bag is. My only minor note is that I am an extra-small, and I had a little trouble getting the pack adjusted to fit my frame perfectly. That could definitely be user error, since there are so many adjustment points and features to learn, but it did take some trial and error. It has plenty of space, great organization, and feels reliable for backpacking and longer trips. Overall, I would absolutely recommend it.

Gregory Deva 60

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. It’s perfect!!! The Deva 60L will be my new go to backpacking pack! Went on a 3mile hike with some elevation using this pack with about 25lbs in it. No complaints! It’s already super warm here in Arizona so keeping yourself cool is soooo important! The customizable fit is a nice feature as I am between a small/medium torso so adjusting to fit me was perfect. Loved the aircushion back panel. With some sweat and the slightest bit of breeze I could feel the airflow on my back. So nice! The cushioned shoulder straps were comfortable. The hip belt is my favorite aspect of this pack! It’s free float so moves with you and the belt extends which is so nice as a curvy girl. The small pockets on top of the pack made it super easy to access my car keys to get the ac going before I make it to the car. Overall a solid pack! Nice job Gregory! You did it again!

Gregory Deva 60

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been testing the Gregory Deva 60 on a few longer hikes, and it’s been a really reliable and comfortable pack overall—especially for multi-day trips. The fit is what stood out most to me. I really appreciate the adjustable torso, which made it easy to get everything dialed in just right. Once fitted, the pack felt well-balanced and secure, even with a full load. I didn’t experience any pinching or pressure points, which made a big difference on longer days. One feature I was initially unsure about was the grippy strip along the lower back/hip area. I was a little concerned it might cause my shirt or pants to ride up or down while hiking, but that didn’t happen at all. It actually helped keep the pack stable without being uncomfortable. Storage is a huge highlight. There are tons and tons of pockets, making it easy to organize your gear efficiently without things getting lost. The full zip access to the main compartment is a game changer—you can get to anything in your pack without having to unpack everything from the top, which is incredibly convenient on the trail. The materials feel durable, and the pack has held up well in varied conditions so far. Overall, the Gregory Deva 60 feels thoughtfully designed with comfort and fit in mind. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable pack for longer trips. Gregory gave me this free product to try. I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review.

Gregory Deva 60

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Deva 60 is a great pack! It held up through various trips, including while training for hard trails, backpacking in North Carolina, and traveling around Utah. This bag has some really great features, but some of the best are how adjustable it is. Comfort becomes a big priority during long trails, and this bag delivers. The hip belt can be adjusted to reach further around your torso, and the shoulder straps also swivel as you move. This took a bit of getting used to, but overall a good feature. The suspension system is great and it has tons of compression straps so you will feel very confident with where the load sits on your body. Another big bonus are the pockets and accessibility. My favorite feature of the entire bag might be the full body U-zip opening. I HATE having to pull everything of my bag out to find something located in the middle, but this feature totally solves that problem. By opening it you can pretty much get a full view of what’s in your bag. The pockets in the brain are also super spacious and the hip belt pockets are big enough to fit a phone! As for the things I don’t like, there aren’t many. I liked the swiveling shoulder straps, but I could see how they might be uncomfortable for someone else as it could cinch in on your shoulder and neck a little. I also don’t know how I feel about the sidewinder bottle holster. Yes it holds my Nalgene perfectly and the angle makes it more ergonomic, but it’s not as great for other gear if that’s what you use your pockets for. Though the bag is a bit heavy, the durable materials, accessibility, and adjustability make it a work horse of a bag. It’s not for your ultralight trip, but it will probably last you for manyyyy years. I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review.

Great pack for backpacking!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tested out the Deva 60 Gregory pack and I love it! Over the last month I took this pack on several training hikes as I get prepped for backpacking this year. I have backpacking trips planned over the next couple months and I'm stoked to use it. Likes The pack is incredibly comfortable on long day hikes. There's ample padding in all the right places so it doesn't cause rubbing. The adjustability of the pack in the back and hips is an awesome feature. Allows more customization to ensure the best fit. So many pockets! I love having pockets, especially the hip ones for accessibility. Even big enough to fit my phone in it. The sizing was perfect for all my backpacking gear. Dislikes Something I'd like to see is a rain cover included with the pack. It's nice to have a designated space for it. Definitely not a deal breaker but would be nice to have. I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review.

Comfortable under load & thoughtful features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the Deva 60 for winter conditioning hikes in the Pacific Northwest, carrying heavier loads while preparing for upcoming mountaineering objectives. While I didn’t take it into snow, I tested it on longer, weighted hikes over variable terrain. The biggest standout is comfort under load. The suspension system transfers weight well to the hips, and the pack stays stable on climbs and uneven terrain without shifting or creating pressure points. The hipbelt feels supportive without digging in, even after a few hours. Fit is easy to dial in, and once adjusted, it felt consistent across multiple outings. The women’s-specific design is noticeable in a good way, especially in how the hipbelt and harness sit comfortably. Breathability is solid for this type of pack, and the feature set feels practical without being overcomplicated. Access and pocket layout are intuitive and easy to use. This pack performs best with a moder I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review.

A little stiff but gets the job done!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve spent some time using the Gregory Deva 60, and overall it’s a solid, dependable pack for the right kind of trip. The biggest strength of this pack is its durability and capacity. It’s built tough and easily holds everything you need and more. If you tend to pack heavy or like having extra organization, this pack delivers. The multiple compartments, front zip access, and compression straps make it easy to keep your gear organized and accessible. That said, it’s not ideal for long-distance thru-hiking. The pack itself is fairly heavy, and the extra features can feel unnecessary if you are trying to keep your base weight low. More minimalist backpackers will likely find it bulky. Comfort is a bit mixed. The suspension system does a good job distributing weight when the pack is properly adjusted, but the shoulder straps can feel stiff and may take some time to break in. For shorter trips or moderate loads, it works well. On longer days, the stiffness can become more noticeable. A couple of drawbacks are worth calling out. It does not come with a rain cover, which is something you will need to purchase separately. At this price point, that feels like an oversight. Overall, the Deva 60 is a great option for backpackers who value durability, structure, and the ability to carry heavier loads comfortably, especially for weekend or multi-day trips. If your goal is lightweight, long-distance travel, there are better options to consider.
