Great short day pack for MTB

I have tried out multiple options to fill my need for a lite half day MTB pack. This is by far the best I have used. It is comfortable, breaths well, and holds only what I need very closely to my back without feeling bulky. This is my third osprey pack and their build quality is superb. My only criticism is the bite valve on the older models is easier to lock and unlock, making it easier to deal with if you forgot to open it while riding. I swapped my new valve for an older one and solved that problem.

Great day pack

I got this pack last year and I love it. It says its for cycling, but I use it mostly for spring skiing and day hiking. As long as you don't need to carry anything except for water and your keys, this pack is perfect. It's extremely comfortable, adjustable, and light. I love the design of the water reservoir and how well it fits in the pack.

Like the pack - hate the bladder

Pack itself is great. Nice size. Nice fit. Disappointed in the bladder. Expected it to be like my Hydrapak bladder in that it's easy to flip inside out to dry. Can't do it on this bladder. The neck is too small and it has rigid parts.
