A nice lofty pad to sleep on with foam core to make it a little extra cushy. Great for car camping as the weight and compressed size are a little more than most backpackers would want to lug around. My only complaint was that it didn't self inflate very well and took multiple breaths to get the loft needed to sleep on it. Once inflated fully though, it's a very comfortable mat! If you're aiming for comfort, I'd go with the Long size. Not only does it offer extra length, you'll also like the extra 5" of width.
