Rated 5 out of 5 by from Room-y tent! So glad we bought this tent! Very room-y. I'm 5'4" and can stand up in it. Love the lights - so convenient. Broke it in during a 3 day rainy camping trip. Provided a dry and well lit escape from the rain.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Quality Construction & Scores of Space We love our Big Agnes Yellow Jacket 4 mtnGLO! Upon initial setup of the equipment, we were uneasy about the tent's tautness as we found the collapsible rods included with the tent to require a little manipulation in order to provide enough slack to secure the rods into the tent's corner grommets. Use caution when sliding rods through the tent's designated sleeves as forcing them too quickly may result in puncturing of the sleeve. Once assembled, we found our mtnGLO to offer a significant amount more headroom than other four-person tents of comparable value. I'm just over 6' tall and I am nearly able to stand fully upright while inside. The tent's upper portion is produced of a breathable mesh, which is largely covered by the rain guard when attached. This is advantageous during the warmer months as it allows for plenty of ventilation, but having spent a long late November weekend on the south rim of the Grand Canyon during which overnight lows fell between -15 and -20, the mesh construction readily allowed the chilly night air into the dwelling. That issue is largely due to the rain guard's lifted peaks on the front and back of the tent which are created by a third collapsible rod that secures into tabs on the front and rear sides of the rain guard. We were able to remedy infiltration of the undesired cool air by removing the rain guard and overlaying the tent's upper portion with a blanket of average weight, then re-securing the rain guard over the blanket. Big Agnes' mtnGLO technology is sewn into the tent's interior and is powered by a compact battery pack that requires two AAA batteries and is easily removable when the tent is disassembled. The interior lighting is controlled by the aforementioned battery pack, which features a power switch and an option to toggle between two brightness settings. The lighting provides an adequate amount of illumination inside of the tent, although our standard outdoor lantern still enjoys plenty of use inside of the tent. We love the extra space, easy setup, and quality American construction of our Big Agnes Yellow Jacket 4 mtnGLO tent and would gladly recommend the product to anyone seeking an affordable four-person tent for their next outdoor adventure!

Does the door have a mesh option, or is it just open or closed?
