Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for me! Love this sleeping bag! I have had a few in my life and this one is by far the most comfortable. The ability to move without restriction is amazing and I love the sleeping pad sleeve. No more falling off of the pad in the middle of the night.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great big bag for a great big guy Got this bag and a wide, long BA air pad for a 3 season sleep system. I sleep hot, so until we go out below freezing, this is good for me 3 season. Late fall in Shenandoah NP is no problem for me wearing a base layer. Great system, lots of room, don't slip off the pad, light, compressible, and a great price! Love Big Agnes!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Used as An Overbag Lots of room for my down bag to fit inside. Adds 10-15 degrees of warmth The only caveat is that the advertised pad width of 25 inches is incorrect. My 25 inch Neo Air Trekker will not fit in the pad sleeve.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great bag for a 6'4" 280 lbs man I'm 6'4" and weight 280 lbs and this bag is plenty roomy for me. Packs really small especially when you use the BA compression girdle (you have to buy this seperately). Compresses about the size of a soccer ball. The only thing I'd change is I wish it had a smooth taffeta like lining. The lining it has is "sticky" to clothes and makes it a little difficult to change positions or flip over. Otherwise a great bag.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from comfy but only warm w/a pad My hubby bought this for me for Christmas as I wanted something more roomy for car camping. It is definitely roomy, making it comfortable for those of us who like to move our legs and roll over. That's being said, it is a very compact, lightweight bag, built with a sleeve to hold your sleeping pad. Exactly as advertised. However, that sleeping pad part is really crucial as there is no, I repeat NO insulation in the bottom of the bag. This is great if you are backpacking in warm weather and have a sleeping pad. This is not so great however, if you are, hypothetically, camping in your pop-up trailer in Olympic National Park in May, and, cold from being out in the rain, climb in, only to remember that this bag doesn't have any insulation on the bottom. Should you find yourself in such a predicament, hopefully you'll remember you also have a little synthetic down throw blanket that you can slide inside the bag underneath you for warmth. To sum up, as long as you have a sleeping pad, use it only in summer, or enjoy only being insulated uon your torso, this is an awesome bag. Just don't use it without a pad, or when the temps are below 50...

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No comfy padding betwen you and your air mattress. I really wanted to like this sleeping bag. I love the concept of a sleeve to hold the air mattress in place. But I could not get past the lack of any quilting between me and the mattress. The sleeve alone is not comfortable for sleeping. I wish the sleeve could be integrated into a full coverage sleeping bag.

What pad do you recommend for this bag. I like this bag since I am a side sleeper.

Asked by: Billybob7088
The Buffalo Park will take any 25" wide sleeping pad up to a 4" tall. We suggest choosing a pad between 2.5" to 4". Here's a link to our assortment:
