Sized for juniors and sewn in tags
Good quality fabric, but sizing runs just a tad small — I am a medium top in all swim brands, and the band around this top is a little snug, and I am a large bottom in all swim brands and I’ve tried 2 different swim bottom styles from Carve and both are a little too snug, and an XL is too large. Also, I hate that the string for the tags are stitched into the material. Cutting close to the edge of the suit to get it off you risk cutting the fabric and even when you get really close, you still see a tiny bit of the residual white string that remains under the stitching. Not so bad with the bottoms as it show, but it does show on the top when worn.
Ok for a clearance buy
The fit was smaller than I expected but not enough to size up. Definitely not for curvy bodies. The color was decent and the material was soft. It seemed cheap, lots of threads hanging off. I returned it.
SO comfortable. SO soft. Can I have more?
I bought these on a whim to match a couple tops I also bought on a whim, and I am SO glad I did! I wear a Medium top, but a Large bottom, and these do NOT disappoint. They are SO SOFT, and comfortable, and they offer decent coverage without constantly trying to ride up into the nether regions, if you know what I mean. I couldn't do a flip turn without consequences, but they're easy to swim in.
Nice fit and look
These swim bottoms stay on when I surf and have a cute and flattering look. These bottoms are great!
Nice material, runs a bit large
The material feels very quality. I am in between small and medium and never know what size to order - always depends on brand. These particular bottoms seem to run a bit large so had to exchange for small.
Look great, don't stay on in the water
These bottoms look great and go with several tops I bought last year, but everytime I dive into the pool they get about a half size larger. I usually have to grab them to keep from loosing them. I think it's the ribbed fabric?? I couldn't go down a size or on dry land I'd be hanging out.
Comfortable, yet flattering and feminine!
I can't even express how happy I am to find a swimsuit bottom that is cut with functionality in mind! This stays in place no matter what water activity you are doing. Size was true; I am 5'6" 140lbs and got a medium. Flattering and feminine style despite the functionality. Love it!
Difficult fit
I loved cloud texture look, but stretches so much the fit is way off. The leg & top opening were huge. The heavy fabric would stretch more when wet. Fabric doesn't work with Cardiff bottom style - unless you don't care about loosey look.

Cute cut, but too small
Cute cut, but too small and low rise doesn’t work for over 50 mama body. Would have to size up. Wear a small in all other Carve suits, but not this one. Returned.
