Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Meal Kit Used this meal kit on a five day paddle through Santa Elena Canyon in Big Bend NP. Brought the whole thing, but only used the large dish and spork. I can see the value of the smaller containers, and I already have a nice cup I prefer to the one in the meal kit, but overall this product is well made and useful. Glad I purchased it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Broken strap in one day I like everything else about this kit except the strap that is supposed to keep it together. The day after I bought it, before I even took it out anywhere, the rubber strap broke while it was just sitting on my table. I didn't return it because I don't like to waste plastic, so I just put a rubber band around it. Problem solved. Handy hint: you can add a couple more sporks and carry up to 3 sporks inside the kit instead of just one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Everythink I need for work and camping I bought this at the last minute during a trip out West because I forgot my usual set at home. I TOTALLY love it. Extremely dishwasher safe/ and also easy to clean with water while hiking. I actually bring it to work now as a lunch box haha not sure how they fit that much useful stuff into such a tiny box!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just what you need and maybe even more! This product is wonderful and is a great tool to use when enjoying a meal outdoors. It is very easy to clean, light weight, durable and includes everything and anything that you could possibly need to satisfy your cooking wear needs. The beauty of it is if you know for a fact that you won't need the cup or small plastic containers for whatever activity, you can easily remove than and leave them behind.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Strap that holds together only lasted one year I was really disappointed in this product. We've only owned it for a little over a year and when I took out our camping gear this summer discovered that the strap that holds the kit together had snapped.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from perfect for motorcycle camping I was the only one on a motorcycle camping trip to have plates thanks to light my fire. Though we were having hotdogs for dinner the different plates were perfect for sorting packet condiments and to serve three people for the nights meals.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Look no further I bought this product on a whim because I've never had a proper mess kit and I used it on a long weekend kayak camping trip and could not have been happier. It has more than enough dinnerware, fits very nicely together and is sturdy. Well worth the price.

the bowls come with measurement lines and numbered levels. Do you know how they can be used to measure while cooking? I have not been able to find out what the measurements mean (as in how much?) Is it listed anywhere?

Asked by: LouQuarm
The measurement lines are metric graduations. The total capacity of each piece is listed below: Large plate - 900ml Lid/Plate - 500ml Oval Bowl - 320ml Cup - 260ml Triangle Bowl - 170ml

Why do the green and blue versions cost double the price of the $15 orange version?

Asked by: Rudiger

The "in-use" photo shows a different drinking cup (more like a bottle) than the other picture. Which one actually comes with this kit?
