Great Rope, Terrible color choice
Works well for purcell prusiks and regular prusiks. However, the color choice at the store, the neon yellow and purple, is blinding to work with. Once a knot is tied, it's like staring at one of those Magic Eye pictures, where you have to stare at it till your eyes cross before you can make out what's happening. It's the only color my local store carries, and our SAR team hates it. Please discontinue the neon purple and yellow color scheme.

Great Rope - Hideous Color
The rope material and work-ability are great. Good flexibility and easy to tie. No complaints on the rope properties itself, but........the color I received makes you feel like you are drunk at a Marti Gras parade. Inspecting your knots is not easy on the eyes. I read the previous review noting this but since the product picture shows a nice consistent purple I figured they updated. Looking back the REI description it does say "Comes in assorted colors only; sorry, specific color requests cannot be accommodated". Dang it. I will still use for a top anchor but they really need a new color scheme. This combination of highly contrasting angled color bands, spaced about a ropes width apart, is not ideal for knot inspection that your life depends on. Maybe I can trade it for beads in New Orleans.

All purpose Climbing Cord

Great stuff. Mainly use it to build trad anchors. Works like a charm. At the store in spools, so you can get and size needed. REI will treat the ends to prevent fraying too!

Great cord to practice with!

Although I’m just getting started into the technical climbing field, I purchased a small section of this cord to practice knots and basic setups. Staff were extremely helpful in getting me started with its selection, and it’s incredibly robust and pliable.

Good stuff

Great for a multitude of uses. Works well as a cordlette in an anchor scenario or as a Prussik. Just be sure to check and make sure your Prussik grabs before you use it or you could be in for a nasty surprise.

very solid cordelette

I have used this for months and it is great. burly enough that you trust it for solid anchors but thin and light enough that it isn't a pain on your harness. good price as well

Great Accessory Line

This is a great lightweight rope. While not desigend for climbing or stopping a fall, it us a great rope for use as an accessory for climbing or helping with a difficult and possibility dangerous trail. We use this size for hauling up gear up or down steep banks or as a safety line when a full sized rope is not necessary. I would personally recommend it!

Great Rope

I use this rope for top rope anchors and for an autoblock on rappel. It works well for both.

Added level of comfort

Compared to the smaller millimeter Bungie is 7 mm has given me a greater sense of security as well as added resistance to tangling of tools when used with a fully pivoting Lobster Claw clamp
