Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product I travel to Europe from Seattle on a fairly regular basis and discovered these pills a few years back. I was a bit skeptical but thought I would give them a shot. I was very surprised and pleased with the results! I was still a bit tired upon arrival, but not nearly as bad when not using this product (I wasn't expecting some magic pill that eliminates jet-lag entirely). My recovery time is also MUCH faster than when not using these pills as well. Overall I would highly recommend this product to anyone that wants to lessen the effects of jet-lag. As a bonus they aren't bad tasting like I was either!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Definitely worth a try I am very sensitive to any time change whether it be 1-hour or 3-hours so when I change time zones I feel dizzy and very tired. The first time I used this was to travel from the west coast to Europe (red-eye flight). There was a 9-hour time difference and I used the product as directed and when we landed I didn't feel anything other than tired because I ended up watching movies all the way over. I took a 2-hour nap when we got there and was fine the rest of the day, and the rest of the trip. On our way home we stopped in New York and I took the pills and was fine once in NYC, then again on our way back to the west coast. I was tired simply from all the traveling but the time changes didn't bother me. I will definitely use this product again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No jet lag worked great I used no jet lag as per box directions on a trip to Germany. It stowed easily in a pocket for quick access. After 36 hours of planes, transfers & layovers I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I adapted to the 9 hour time difference. Only 2 days of slight fatigue. Comparing to a trip last summer to Vienna with about the same travel arrangements during which it took 5 days of struggle with heavy fatigue, I would highly recommend this product for your next trip!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from They work I had seen these things for quite a while but never took them seriously. However, I fly a fair number of long flights on red eye and get bad jet lag so I figured I didn't have much to lose. I've used these on 3 round trip red-eye flights and all 3 times have found myself surprisingly fresh upon arrival. Previously, it was usually land, get to where ever we are staying for the day and crash - losing a good day trying to recover, hardly the way one wants to spend their vacation. On the flights I have utilized the pills however, I arrive and feel good enough to take advantage of the day. I carry them in a shirt/pant pocket onto the plane and try to stay on schedule taking the pills per instructions - the pills themselves don't have much taste to them either so they are pleasant.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Every little bit helps Jet lag is no fun, so anything that may help is advisable. I was recommended the use of No Jet Lag by a frequent international traveller. Having personally experienced jet lag on past travels, I decided to give it a shot. On the way over to Eastern Europe (24hrs total travel time) I did as directed and chewed one small sweet but tasteless pill as recommended. Did they help greatly? Hard to say. But at least for the first day or two, I felt more awake and could function more normally than I had expected.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great product! This product was recommended to me a few years ago when I had to fly to London and teach six hours of dance workshops the next day. I hand to be able to not just function, but be alert and energetic and on my game. I landed at 6am, took a long walk mid morning and a two hour nap after lunch - and then I was fine. Amazing! You will still be tired from travel and will need to adjust your sleep schedule (I tag team the No Jet Lag with Melatonin - works great) but what this product does is relieve the stress and disorientation and out-of-sorts feeling you get from long flights. I'm about to use it on my third trip and I've given packs to friends to try and they all think it's great as well.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty sure it helped I just put this stuff to the test on my trip to and from India. That's about the longest trip you can take around the world (nearly 23 hours of flying). I can only compare my last 5 trips there to this one and I'd say there were results and it helped, but it's not to say I felt no jet lag completely. On the way there, I almost never have jet lag for some reason. I just force myself to stay up until the night and the next day I'm usually fine, maybe a little off feeling. This time, taking this stuff, I felt completely fine, so I'd say there was some definite noticeable improvement. The real test is the way back. I usually feel totally out of it for 3-4 days. Well, this time I felt less lagged for sure, like I didn't feel wobbly and dizzy as bad, but still some. I forced myself to stay up again until night (though I did sleep until 3pm the next day), so far I feel like I'm going to get over the lag much sooner than before. So yeah, it definitely helped! It's easy to take, just chew the little guys and they taste like a mild sugar. You just have to remember to keep taking them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The name says it all I came across these on the REI web site a number of years ago and read the almost universally positive reviews carefully and tried them out. I have no idea how they work, but they significantly reduce the effects of jet lag. I travel fairly regularly to China in what amounts to a 25 hour trip when all's said and done. The one time I mistakenly packed these on a return flight back to the US (always harder going east than west), it was like walking through molasses for several days. I am just back from Wuhan, used the pills, and am fine. To me that says it all.
