PROS - The body is big enough for a notebook or regular sheets of paper without crowding. You could also fit sneakers and a thermos. Side pockets will really only fit an umbrella, a rolled up shopping bag, or the tiniest waterbottle AND that bottle won't have use of the full length of the pocket because the side pockets aren't gusseted or flexible. ( my Zojirushi 8 inch circumference bottle is a very tight fit ). The front pocket is small - best for tissues and pens or pencils. The fabric feels sturdy and it keeps its shape in use. CONS and POTENTIAL CONS - At 2 days old, the fabric already shows light areas and creases. The straps are short and probably best for kids and petite women. If you have deep armscyes, thick shoulders, or you're going to be wearing a coat, the shoulder straps will be a concern. The strap length - if you include the buckle assembly and use the snap as the stopper - is 28 3/4 inches max and it feels shorter. No inner zip pocket. There is only the slot pocket with the pad in it. Also - no external attachment points.
The perfect souvenir or gift! Love the black and white color way.
