Best Running Shirt

This is my third Icebreaker t-shirt. I'm a runner and these shirts are perfect for warm weather running. Besides the obvious benefits of wool, like no odor (allows several runs before washing), and excellent sweat wicking, but they are also soft. If you're a man and wear the typical polyester tech shirt, you are prone to nipple chafing from a polyester shirt on long, warm weather runs. Even mitigation actions like lubricants on the nipple do not fully work. But wool is so soft, I've never chafed a nipple since wearing them. These are my preferred running shirts. And... I love the "molten" color.

Good but possibly not quite as good as the older Spheres

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a couple of the original Spheres and they are still going string after years of use. This new one is different in a couple of areas. I measured the weight of it to be 25% heavier (~5.2oz compared to ~4.1oz). Hopefully this means it'll be more durable, even though the original didn't have durability problems. Gotta have some benefit for the extra weight, though. The stitching also seems to possibly be of a bit lower quality and/or accuracy. The side stitching is not nearly as symmetrical as in the original. The collar seems a little bit strange as well. I haven't worn it enough though to get a long-term impression. Currently though, despite the stitching oddities, it seems like it's still a great shirt.

Love the material but not made for long torsos

Haven't worn this besides initial try-on so can't comment on long term experience, but the fabric feels nice and soft and light without being too thin. My main comment is that this is NOT made for people with long torsos. Having extra large arms, shoulder, and neck I'm used to shirts being tight in the pits and neck. However I'm not used to feeling like a teenage girl wearing a midriff every time I lift my arms. Feel free to size up but I doubt it makes the cut much longer. 6'2" 215 lbs ordered an XL in Lichen

Overwhelming smell of harmful chemicals

Once I opened the package and took the shirt out I will immediately overwhelmed with a smell of alarming chemicals. I could only wear the shirt for a short while before taking it off due to skin irritation and headache and sinus aches it was giving me. I know that many companies now spray their clothing with harmful chemicals for some purpose and have been aware of that. I will not be wearing this shirt again. I am disappointed but surprised given how big of a company icebreakers is.

I love Icebreaker products and I love the lightweight, quick-drying properties of this shirt, but the torso is just a little short for an XL. I think this should be at least an inch longer. However, if your torso is short or you're under 6' tall, this might work perfectly for you. One other nitpick is the wad of tags on Icebreaker products I always have to hack off. Do there really need to be that many tags??

Amazing shirts!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been an Icebreaker convert for about 10 years now, having made the switch from Smartwool due to poor product quality. I am continually impressed by how well these shirts maintain their shape, are extremely durable (some shirts I have owned for 7+ years now with weekly use), and the breathability and warmth they provide is outstanding. Strongly recommend

Merino Blend 125 Cool-Lite™ Sphere Short Sleeve T-Shirt

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Merino Blend 125 Cool-Lite™ Sphere Short Sleeve T-Shirt is easily one of the best t-shirts I've owned. It's soft, breathable, and perfect for warm weather or layering under a jacket. What I Love: ✔ Lightweight & Comfortable - The Cool-Lite™ fabric feels soft, never itchy, and is great for all-day wear. ✔ Breathable & Moisture-Wicking - Keeps me cool, dries quickly, and doesn't get sticky, even in humid conditions. ✔ Odor-Resistant - I've worn it multiple times without washing, and it still smells fresh-perfect for travel. ✔ Versatile Fit - Works great for hiking, workouts, or casual wear. Looks good enough to wear anywhere. A Few Things to Note: ⚠ The fabric is delicate, so avoid rough surfaces to prevent snags. ⚠ It's not the cheapest, but the comfort and performance are worth it. If you're looking for a lightweight, breathable, and high-quality merino blend t-shirt, this one is a great choice. I'll definitely be getting more!

Great Quality and Fit Perfect for the Gy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm really impressed with this T-shirt. The quality is top-notch, the fabric feels incredibly soft, and the fit is just right. it hugs the body without being too tight. It definitely complements my look, especially when I'm at the gym. If you want a shirt that looks good, feels good, and holds up well, this one's a solid pick.

Practically a crop-top.

Super short through the torso with practically no material in the sleeve or under the arm. If I raise both arms out like a scarecrow, the hem of shirt is above my navel. Arms overhead and you can see the bottom of my ribs. Unfortunately no returns, so I'll see if my 10 year old wants this XXL shirt to sleep in.

They changed the design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wearing this shirt for the past 7 years but this year they changed the fit. The neck is much smaller and the arms are much more snug. SO now you can see my nipples which is not exactly my style. Wish they would go back to the old fit. Maybe go one size bigger but overall not impressed.
