Hello :) Great raincoat. Small is very roomy. I am 5’4, 120 lbs, 34 chest and I easily can wear my puffy coat under this raincoat. Light, breathable, and the rain beads up nicely on this jacket. Went camping on Halloween, pour rain, and it kept me dry.

Great inexpensive rain jacket.

The sleeves were huge
I loved the blue color and thought the material was high-quality. But the sleeves were very long and wide-- they just looked strange on me. Because of that, I returned it.
