So many things wrong with this pack

Oh wow was this a bust! Weird hydration pouch that I had trouble opening and had to go into the store to get help. Then I couldn’t figure out how to seal it once filled. The straps were uncomfortable and there is only a tiny zippered pocket on the top for phone and keys. No place to stash a raincoat. I returned it and bought this years upgraded model at full price. Totally worth the extra money.

Love it

This product is perfectly fine. People will whine about anything. It takes approximately 3 seconds to figure out how to open it and seals better than any other bag I’ve had. It’s small, just the right amount of water, I can put my phone, keys, and a snack in it and I’m good to go. I take it whether I’m hiking, cycling or just a walk around the block.

Not a design for women

It chafed the sides of my neck and despite being a woman’s product had no design for my chest. One strap to fasten that went directly across the chest and allowed it to constantly ride up.

Not quite techie enough

I see now why it was discounted so greatly. There’s no belly strap just the sternum strap, it shakes and bounces when you run and the backpack straps chafe the neck with the motion. It’s more appropriate for a hike or walk, not running. Only room in the zipper pocket for a key and phone, if that.
