A good sturdy everyday pack with a design well suited to its purpose. The main compartment is perfect for a laptop + pens + a couple notebooks, while the secondary compartment is great for gym clothes + shoes + harness. It could probably benefit from a little bit more compartmentalization for small things, but really the main reason I'm not giving it five stars is that the top strap is too short to secure it while utilizing the entire main compartment space. This makes the packing difference of probably about one whole rope, if I'm taking it out as a small cragging pack - I'll probably extend it somehow or find some alternate way to secure the main compartment when not folded over.
It's a solid day pack! I needed something to replace my old gym climbing bag, and the Zealot seemed to be highly regarded. I do like the separate compartments, along with the slots in front for quick access to items. This pack is also comfortable, though I have not taken it out on any pitches at the crag yet. The reason it doesn't get 5 stars is that it is very small. I have a 28 L haul pack that seems to carry more than this one does. I can fit 2 harnesses, two pairs of climbing shoes, a chalk bag, and some carabiners and belay devices, but that's it. It's a tight fit, even for the gear I carry to the gym for my wife and me. Otherwise, I do like this pack. It seems to be of a durable build, and I look forward to many years of use!
The backpack fits very well, has good ergonomics, the capacity is good and I also use it for flights with light luggage. The seams have held up so far and there is no visible damage. I have had it for six months using it five days a week. The price is appropriate for the product
great bag I use it to carry my climbing gear to and from the gym great crag bag with space for you quckdraws/trad gear Nice spot to put a rope on the top and also helps great for moving in and out of my dorm
I love its design and color. Have been using it for for daily work. Easy to take out my laptop and small stuff in the front pocket.
