Testing is based on a person wearing one base layer and a pair of socks, sleeping on an insulated surface with a minimum R-value of 5.38.

Good Basic mummy bag
Yes , I recommend this product
This bag holds up to its temp rating. Given that it's synthetic, its a little bulky in the stuff sack but it fits in my Granite gear 60 L pack easily. The hood is a little annoying as its fairly tight even at the lowest level of tightness. Very comfortable bag and super spacious. I'm only 5'10 and the large fits my body length almost perfectly. I have probably 3-4 inches of excess bag length-wise. No pockets inside or any crazy features. Just a good basic mummy bag IMO.

Kept warm all night.
Used this bag in 32F degree high, 22F low, weather in a tent paired with a sleep pad system. I’m 5’11”, 170lbs, and there was plenty of room in the bag to move around. It kept me warm all night with just a sweater and long johns on. It’s probably a little on the heavy side for long backpacking trips, but for short trips or car camping, it’s perfect. Just remember that a good sleep pad system to get you off the ground is just as important as a quality bag. Would 100% recommend this bag.
