Testing is based on a person wearing one base layer and a pair of socks, sleeping on an insulated surface with a minimum R-value of 5.38.

Snug shoulders, otherwise great bag.

Warm bag! Love the topside zipper! But, my XL bag is quite snug across the shoulders (measured 58" across, laid flat), especially when turning over or moving around. Actually made me feel claustrophobic. Too bad it wasn't a few inches wider or available in an XL size. Great for slims!
