Great shorts with an asterisk

I bought these to replace a few pair of aging Zen shorts from Prana. I really like the comfort and ease of elastic-waisted shorts over traditional button-and-zipper. These are good replacements with a few key differences (if you have the Prana version). The material is not as soft nor cloth-like. I wouldn't go so far as to say 'scratchy', but there is a texture and feel that is a little less comfortable. They are also long. For casual wear, this becomes a subjective decision. If you plan to use these for the gym or yoga the length may feel a little restrictive. The legs are also narrower which adds to this perception. In compensation, they are very stretchy. I got these on sale and am pleased overall. I can't say I like them more than the Prana version but they are great for the price.

Comfortable as a pair of underwear.

Flexible material, with elastic band and moisture wicking material makes a great all around pair of shorts for climbing, hiking or yard work.

Nice if you aren't heavily muscled in upper legs

Pretty nice shorts. Made to fit slim-ish folks as it doesn't have a bunch of room in seat and thighs if the waist fits correctly. However they are gusseted in the crotch area and have 4 way stretch enough to move with you. Lightweight and breathable. Not my favorite but they'll work well enough.

Comfortable, flexible, durable

I bought these shorts based on a review I read. The shorts are even more comfortable than I imagined. They are the most comfortable and versatile shorts if you are in to hiking. I do a lot of bushwhacking. So far these shorts have withstood the abuse of off trail hiking!

No Drawstring

Shorts feel nice and fit well. It's hard to find 10 inch shorts these days. That said there is no drawstring so putting a phone in your pocket will cause that size to sag down. Would have been 5 stars if you could tighten the waist.

Definite thumbs up

Really happy with the material feel, flexibility, and overall quality. Seems like they are going to make great gym shorts, but also very handy for running errands since they have pockets.

Excellent shorts

My new favorite shorts. I really like the material and length of these shorts. I don’t have big legs and this length is perfect. I purchased two more pairs. 34 waist and I purchased medium

Comfy shorts, inseam much longer than they say.

Comfy shorts, very good waistband so far. One quibble, the inseam, listed at 7.5", is in fact over 9". Fit is a bit snug in the seat, but I'm a fan overall.

The size and price of this pair of shorts are quite suitable, and I also like the color very much.
