Misleading size chart.

Personally think the sizing on these is bunk. Purchased XL, very tight on my feel and around my legs. I wear 12-13 shoes depending on brand and these are difficult to put on. Feel great, as all my other smartwool socks do. First pair of long socks and probably won't try another. Sock looks very stretched out on my leg especially around my calf.

Stylish, Thin and Comfortable Socks

I purchased XL for my size 12.5 feet. I love these socks and wear them for more than cycling (wearing them at the office right now!). Super thin but warm and breathe well. The cuff is snug which prevents them from sliding down my calves (which are not svelte).
